Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

I called to get a quote on a sink install. I have used Ace Hi in that past and was always so pleased, however today I was treated so condescendingly and with so much rudeness I will never call again. I am a local Realtor and have always recommended them to my clients but never again. Oh and I’m a woman. Is that why he didn’t thing that I knew what “curing” is. Because I do. Just like most women. No thank you!!!!!

I've personally had good experiences with Ace Hi but I regret recommending them to my family and won't be using or recommending them in the future. My parents wanted their boiler and forced air furnace checked. All they got were arguments from Ace Hi about how you can't have both hot water radiant heat and forced air. Well my parents do have both. Forced air was added when they did a remodel so that they could have air conditioning on the main and upper level. (The basement still uses hot water heat) Good customer service doesn't include treating your customers like idiots!!!!!!!!

Ace Hi provides excellent service and at a great rate. They stick to their timeline schedule and were very tidy in their clean up after the job. They have replaced and relocated an air conditioner and also fixed a huge sewer pipe issue for us. We will continue to use their services!

We called for a plumbing problem and had a tech out to our home in 1 hour! Our technician's name was Patrick who was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. He isolated the problem to the sprinkler system very quickly. We highly recommend Ace Hi Plumbing!

Mike from Ace High installed our home humidifier and we had a great experience. Timely arrival as well. He called to let us know when he was going to arrive. Ace High also sent a text message with Mike's picture and information so that we knew who was coming to our home. I would highly recommend.

We had our furnace go out on a Saturday morning and we called Ace Hi, they had someone out 20 minutes later! It turned out that our ignitor had stopped working and since it was a rare part that needed to be ordered in he couldn't fix it until Monday afternoon, but in the meanwhile they left us with several space heaters to keep the house warm while we waited for a few days which was wonderful. I recommend Ace Hi because they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide us heat while waiting for our part to come in, and when it did they had it installed in under 10 minutes!

These guys are great!! They do all our work because they get to us quickly, they make sure the job is done right and they do it for fair prices. One night, we had a leak from an old tank and they came out after hours to make it safe until they could come back with the necessary parts to fix it - and the bill was very reasonable. I’ve never had a plumber I could rely on like this before!

Ace Hi installed our hot water heater when we moved to Estes Park, we were surprised at the excellent service. Recently had a leak under the kitchen sink and no one in Estes could come. Ace was our last hope, and they came on on time, cheerfully fixed the leak.
We have been very pleased with their timely manner and good Plumbing service, would reccomend Ace Hi for your plumbing problem.

We utilize Ace Hi for all our HVAC needs. We recently contacted them for annual service on our heating system. From the initial contact with Shawn and the close-out with Technician Mark, the service and communication was excellent. They are always prompt and responsive.
