Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

Rick from Ace Hi came out on Christmas morning to address an issue at our rental house. He was very responsive and took care of two issues so that the tenants could have water on Christmas day. We really appreciated their willingness to get out and take care of people, even on a holiday when I'm sure they would have preferred being at home with family.

Our water heater was not functioning normally. We put out information to a few different companies. Not only was Ace Hi the first to contact us, they turned out to be the only. From the appointment scheduling through the completion of service we were completely impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the company. Mark was able to diagnose and explain the issue quickly. I had to call and reschedule for a sooner time right after our initial appointment was made. The employees I spoke with were very friendly and understanding. I will definitely be calling them with any future needs. Highly recommend!

First time using Ace Hi. We had a gas line issue and had no heat for a day and night. Rick from Ace Hi came out immediately after calling on a Sunday morning, during a Bronco game no less, to fix our problem. Rick was very professional and quickly made his repair. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Rick and Ace Hi for any HVAC/plumbing need.

Ace Hi replaced the water main on our house. They had the most up front and transparent pricing of the quotes we received. The price was reasonable compared to the competition without the pushy sales of some of their big corporate competitors. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up on time and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Previous A/C and furnace needed to be replaced. Went with Ace-Hi and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive and the work was excellent! Had both HVAC and plumbing work done and they were great at both. Would recommend to anyone!!

Rick is always so prompt and does great quality work! We called on a holiday weekend and he was there in 15 minutes and took care of the problem.

This morning I saw some water on our bathroom floor, it took a minute but I realized it was coming from the hot water heater. We haven't had to call a plumber since we moved here so I called a neighbor who recommended Ace Hi. Tom showed up on time, answered all my questions, was very polite, and didn't take a lot of time. We will definitely recommend them and use them again. We are so thankful for their fast response and quick, affordable service.

I have had Ace Hi to do plumbing and heating in my home for several years. They are always prompt, very courteous and fair priced. Had them replace my heating system last year and it was done in a day, their technician cleaned up after the job and it has worked perfect. The office was very professional and understanding my problem and was quick to solve it.
