Our humidifier started leaking and had to be fixed. The part that went bad was one that was replaced during routine maintenance last January and probably should have been replaced with this January maintenance visit but because it wasn’t scheduled yet we had an additional cost. It doesn’t seem right to me that we should have had to pay for this visit.
We just had an excellent service call with Bob Chrisley. He evaluated our present furnace and spoke to us in detail about what we have to do in very near future and showed us pictures to back up what he was talking about. He instills much trust and he explains everything so well. He is also a very nice and respectful person. I can't rate him highly enough. Thank you for having such good HVAC technicians. Very impressed.
Santana from Welzig Heating came out to service us. What was wonderful about the appointment was that I was texted that Santana would be my technician and he was on his way. Santana then called me with an estimate of time. He was very timely and so very polite and helpful. We've been with Welzig for several years and they are a fantastic company. A thorough service for both A/C and furnace took 2 hours and there was no high pressure sales as we told them we were going to use our old AC as long as possible.
Zak was amazing! Very professional and explained everything as he diagnosed the problem. He gave me a quote, had the parts, and installed them quickly. I feel like the ac system will be good for several years now because he installed all three parts instead of just one or two. Zak knew his stuff and was training a guy as he worked. ( I think his name is Aaron, who was also very helpful and courteous. )
Jake D. was our service technician. He truly cares about doing great job and taking care of his customers. Jake spent several hours at my house servicing our A/C and furnace. His attention to detail was top notch. He also provided us with options for their annual service plan. We have used Welzig in the past and recommend the company and Jake. Thanks Jake!
I tell my kids find a job you love and be the best you can be at it.. that Is BoB. He was excellent. Extremely professional and thorough. He went above and beyond. He genuinely cares and that goes a long way in today's world of trying to find reputable companies you can be confident in. I say job well done Bob. You are marked in our book..
MAY 2023- It’s so nice to find a reliable, trustworthy local busines that you can have inside your home to do the job right! Xavier was our tech today to do the annual A/C check. He was friendly, efficient and informative on what my future needs may be without being pushy to sell me another product. Bill at Welzig on the phone gave me good advice about Welzig‘s air duct cleaning service. No pressure from him either. Thank you once again, Welzig🙂 SEPT 2022-So we’ve had an unusually sweltering 🥵September here in Colorado 99° F+ degrees recently. Unfortunately, during this hot 2 weeks my air-conditioning began to wane in its performance. I thought my AC unit was finally dying. I called Welzig and once again I got a great phone rep. answering the phone. She said she had an appointment slot open for the next day! I told her I’d call when I get off of work and she offered why don’t I send them a text. As soon as he was ready to come service my A.C., Scott Bonahon texted AND called me back to say that he was on his way. He was professional, friendly, troubleshot quickly and was very informative on what he thought the issue was. When are you going to disappointment me, Welzig? I don’t think ever!! Thanks for being consistent with not only your phone peeps but with your service techs, too….EVERY TIME!😊
JUNE 2022---Although I have not posted a Google review about Welzig since my last one 2 years ago, I have continued to use their services twice a year for either air conditioning or heater annual maintenance. And once again, never a disappointment with either the helpful and friendly phone reps. (Olivia and I think, Ashley?) or the knowledgeable HVAC techs. who come to do the tune-up. Today that tech was Jake Davies. He texted ahead that he was on his way, politely knocked on the door, and after a nice greeting set straight to work. I appreciated his friendly disposition and professionalism. Keep up the good work, Welzig, by hiring Jake's caliber of HVAC techs!
I am so impressed with Welzig's customer service and experienced tech., Bob Chrisley. When I called to make an appointment, the phone rep. was courteous and quick to book my annual heater tune-up appointment. He assured me assigned HVAC tech. would give me a 15-30 minute call ahead as I told him my appointment day was going to be full of running errands around town. As promised, I received a call with plenty of time to get home. Bob Chrisley showed me his employee badge as soon as I opened the door. And immediately put on shoe covers before he stepped into my house! How professional! He got right to work tuning up my heater and was done in a timely manner. He took the time to explain what he did and patiently answered all my other questions relating to HVAC in my house. I felt no pressure to say 'yes' when he mentioned other Welzig services. Thank you, Bob, and thank you Welzig for a great reputation upheld.
Zach came for a maintenance service call on the AC, Furnace, and Water Heater. Competent and polite. Along with the absolutely fantastic job that Saul did with his brother on the install I'm pretty pleased with Welzig.
Knowledgeable technician. Explained our furnace problem clearly. Got our furnace working without asking us to replace any parts. Would definitely use again.
