Santana did a great job with our HVAC system maintenance today. He was prompt, professional, friendly and went right to work and got things done in a timely manner.

James Ives did a very nice job of quickly checking our system and explaining what he saw and covering all of our options moving forward. Great job!

I have likely submitted a review previously, I just had such a great experience yesterday that I wanted to add to what has been said. Welzig has been our go to HVAC company for about ten years. Our experience has been that their technicians start at "good" and only get better from there. When it is a newer tech I feel that they have a lot to live up to, but the training that Welzig uses must work because even the couple of newer people have met the standard I expect.

Yesterday, Welzig installed an on demand water heater. Saul and William were both very polite and professional. Saul specifically was excellent in how he explained the plan for the install and then exceeded the expectations he set. As can be seen from the pictures below, our Utility room was large, but the space was used poorly. The gas line was in the middle of the room about 4 ft off the ground going to a split that went to the heater and the water heater. Saul came up with a plan to move the gas lines and give us a MASSIVE improvement in the space available. You can see the difference in the 2nd picture. I do not have a picture, but the heater's line came out about 3 ft into the room and we really did not have much usable space.

And again, there was more. Saul made sure I understood how the system was vented and then walked with me to confirm that other gas appliances were working properly and asked me to have a hot water tap open upstairs to ensure air is out of the lines. Things that I know about, but he politely made sure to verify that I knew.

We have the maintenance service through Welzig and I feel strongly the value is excellent. Even if we did not have that service, they would be our go to company for anything utility related.

Olivia, thank you for what you did for us. Our boiler was running alone with no control. You took extra care and excellent customer service to see that we were able to have a technician arrive at our home in less than half an hour. Thank you again.
