I’m almost afraid to write such an awesome review for fear that Welzig will get all filled up with other customers so we can’t use them. They are that good. They are reasonable, extremely honest, and always do an amazing job. They are conscious of costs and meeting their clients where they are in terms of affordability. The work is always top-notch, communication is amazing with the person they have answering the phones, and every text we’ve ever met with which we’ve met multiple times because we have rental properties has been wonderful.

Had the quarterly service performed. Easy to schedule. Everything went off without a hitch. They also gave me quotes onsight for some additional work I was considering. I highly recommend this provider.

Steve was friendly, professional and efficient. He was able to squeeze our HVAC maintenance in after a scheduling error.

We bought a heat pump to replace our furnace and AC. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.

Heat went out on a Saturday night. House got very cold. Bob was able to come Sunday morning and did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting our furnace working again.

Jake Davies brought to our attention how dirty the filter on the furnace was for 6 months. He shared his knowledge of air cleaner options for our home. I was so appreciative of the time he spent explaining the ionic purifier process that PuriFiLabs provides. We may be considering this investment in taking steps to healthier air conditions in our home.

I hired Welzig to perform some additional HVAC inspections on a house we're purchasing, and we live out of state.

I had to place FULL trust in Welzig to be my eyes and ears, and they delivered. The staff answered a lot of (probably dumb) questions, and Cassie specifically spent extra time on the phone with me to make sure my questions were answered.

From the front desk to the service techs, everyone was helpful, friendly, and it was obvious they were taking my requests seriously. The next time I need HVAC services, I know exactly who to call.
