Simply Mechanical is simply one of the best HVAC companies I've ever used. Honest, reliable, and efficient. The owner is a stand up local guy who has saved the day for my clients more than once. I highly recommend Stephen and his crew.

John came over and took his time and ensured our AC compressor was functioning properly after some intermittent issues were experience. We bonded over our service and he made dang sure he left giving his best service. Thanks John

We were pleased with Stephen when, in January of 2020, our furnace died and he replaced it the next day. Today he did routine maintenance for us with a mask and a cheerful attitude. We recommend this company (Simply Mechanical) without reservation.

Travis with Simply Mechanical came to our house to install a gas line for our new gas range and also a water line for the new refrigerator. Having to replace your entire HVAC system is never fun, but Simply Mechanical had very reasonable prices, friendly and professional techs, and were very easy to contact.
Also, it was an absolute bonus knowing they were 100% willing to wear masks, and I was told most of their staff was Covid 19 vaccinated. We were nervous opening our home in this weird post covid time, but they did a great job easing our minds!

There is no question that these guys deserve every 5 star review they have. They installed a second ac unit in my attic (among other things) to help with temperature normalcy in my multi floor home (built in the 80s). Everything from estimating, price, scheduling, communication and installation was just seamless and fair. I am so so glad I went with this company for this job and I will definitely be using them for all future hvac work/maintenance.

I had a great experience with the installation of a new furnace and AC. Steve and his team were fair on price and they went over and beyond getting both systems installed in one day. I would definitely recommend them for good quality and clean work on your HVAC needs.

Stephen and T.J. of Simply Mechanical responded in person at our home one day after I left a request for them to assess our system and suggest a replacement boiler and hot water tank. They were timely, professional, courteous, and they were clearly experts in their craft. We have lived in a number of states and have had this type of work done several times before.

Both gentleman took the time to listen and understand what we hoped to accomplish (a lost effort these days). They offered several approaches to replacing our system and then explained the pros and cons of each choice, followed by offering their suggested products and the methods of installing them. When I asked for the reasons and details behind their suggestions, they had them - clear, common-sense-based answers on the spot.

Five days later the gentlemen from Simply Mechanical arrived at exactly the arranged time (7:00 A.M.) and delivered removal and replacement services of our system without a drop of water, a scratch, or any debris left behind. This installation took place in December and could have left us without heat or domestic hot water had they not been completely prepared to carry out this complex installation and set-up in one day's time - something that was a concern during our initial contact. Again, Stephen was clear-headed and confident, completing everything in one day.

Value added: I informed Stephen that I was far more particular than average regarding the quality, appearance, and detail of any work performed in my home and that he would have to deliver an installation without compromise for us to be satisfied. He and his team exceeded our hopes and more-than-met expectations. This has been the most satisfying, enjoyable completion of any domestic build that we have experienced, without qualification. Over the last forty years, we have built new construction, rebuilt older homes, remodeled, etc.. Simply Mechanical was the very best experience, and it was exceptional.

Called Simply Mechanical made an appointment to have humidifiers hooked up - fantastic service at a very fair price! Steve worked with me when I had to cancel appointment, no issue rescheduling. When he arrived to do the work he quickly diagnosed the situation and was FAST, EFFICIENT, and FRIENDLY! This was a great experience, and based on today I now have a Go-TO HVAC Pro!!!
