Mechanic determined that my issue was not due to anything HVAC related, and I really appreciate that he didn't charge me the service fee. He was extremely professional and willing to discuss what could actually be the problem. Highly recommend this company.

Had a portion of a baseboard hot water heat pipe with a leak that needed to be replaced. Called and had an appt for a tech next morning. Tech looked at it and we had another tech come out midday to do the repair. Very quick and efficient, everyone has been very friendly and courteous. This was our second time with having Simply Mechanical perform work on our hot water heating system. They've earned a customer for life! Highly recommended!

We had Simply Mechanical out to fix one of our AC systems. I've had great service from them before on other rental properties. Turned out the compressor fan motor was blown. They were able to able get the part (even with supplier issues) and get it installed. It's been 90+ degrees, so really appreciated the quick turn. Very fair pricing and great service by Jon and team. Huge thank you for strong business integrity, quick and quality service. Much appreciated, and definitely recommended!

Steve came out and gave us a quote to install our whole house humidifier. He also recommended replacing the water heater (30 years old). We received the quote and were very impressed with the pricing, he accidently quoted us a larger unit (we had a 30 and quoted us 50) and we decided to go with the 40 gallon water heater and it was a great deal with bundling the water heater and humidifier. A week later (today) we had the install team Jon, Tim and Will come, they all showed up with masks and were hilarious and very lively. You can truly see how they love their job and their company (overhead Jon and Tim say they have been working together for 18 years). The whole job from draining, removal, install took approximately 3 hours, much faster than I expected. Jon then walked us through our new equipment and gave us thorough details about it.

Simply Mechanical well exceeded my expectations and once we decide to replace out furnace we already know who we are going to go with. They were timely, respectful and extremely knowledgeable.

I had Simply Mechanical re-pipe my home boiler system that was having numerous problems and leaking water in my crawl space. That was 4 months ago in July 2021. The boiler has worked perfectly since their repairs. I have used them twice and both times were excellent experiences. I would recommend this company based on my experiences with them. I thought their pricing was competitive and fair.

Simply Mechanical did a great job fixing our boiler heater! We got a wonderful quote to switch to forced air from simply Mechanical when our boiler stopped working 10 days before the project starts on a 24 degree day. They came out and fixed it quickly with no charge since we were so close to installing the new system. Definitely appreciate a company that takes care of people. I would recommend Simply Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs : )

More praise for simply Mechanical and specifically T.J. we are getting a lot done on our home and some issues arose when the wrong cabinets came in and one vent placement became an issue. I called and he came by the next day to give us advice and options on how to fix the issue. We really appreciate him, Cassidy and the entire team at Simply Mechanical!!

This company has integrity!! I was informed that my furnace is more than 15 years old and a very basic (inexpensive) model. I was expecting to be given a list of costly repairs or a quote for replacement. But no! TJ performed routine maintenance at a good price and explained the probable life expectancy and ballpark cost of replacement when the time comes. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and will definitely call them again.

Have used them for Boiler Maintenance for 10 years, and recently did a new AC installation to replace our Swamp Cooler. Wish we would have done it years ago. They stand behind their work, and recently my 80 year old mother, whom had the time to get multiple bids, chose them for an AC replacement, and was very impressed by their attention to detail and profesionalism

“Simply the best” experience for us. Last spring, we found out that our 15 y/o Carrier Furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. The only help we got from the Carrier dealer was a $147 trip charge bill for doing nothing and a high-priced estimate for a new furnace. Obviously, time to move on to another brand. After researching over the summer, we settled on American Standard/Trane. Got quotes from some other companies but none stood out to us enough to pull the trigger. Then we found Simply Mechanical on the Am Std web site. They were very responsive, and they did high-quality work installing a new furnace, humidifier, and air purifier. We are the original owners of this house and have always had an issue with one side of our second story being much colder/warmer than the other. Simply Mechanical made some basic modifications to our duct work that has significantly improved this issue for us. When we noticed the new air purifier wasn’t working, they immediately came out and replaced it. We are very happy with how responsive they were and the high quality of the work they did, at a good price. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs going forward.

Simply Mechanical is the best. We had some issues after the thermostat was installed but they stood behind their work and corrected the issue at no additional cost. They are reliable, courteous and prompt. We will definitely use them for all of our HVAC needs.
