I did a great deal of research and had 8 quotes in getting both my heater and my AC unit replaced. All were way over what I thought the price should have been, and Steven was right on the money. Steven quoted me a fair price, and took the time to explain things to me. He also explained how issues with the way my ducting was laid out was causing issue. So not only did he and his team to a great job in replacing both my heater and AC unit, but fixed the ducting for that price. I now can feel the air coming out of my vents!!! I highly recommend Steven and his team. Could not be happier!

Extremely professional and friendly with a great team of techs. They found a squished vent on the roof that could have caused a CO problem and ran to the supplier to get it fixed. Everything was done in one day including removal of swamp cooler and haul away. Very happy, and even my wife said it was a great experience - she can be a “little” judgy.

Stephen, the owner, was patient, informative, thorough,
and offered suggestions for the care of the furnace. I asked Cassidy to place me on their reminder calendar for yearly checkups. Very impressed and happy with Simply Mechanical.

I received several quotes from different companies and went with Jon and Simply Mechanical because of the time he spent with me explaining my options. After Jon and his partner installed my furnace and new smart thermostat he walked me thought all new equipment, showing me how it worked and how it differed from the previous equipment. They also were able to work directly with Xcel to get my rebate. They were not the cheapest but I am very happy and warm I might add, now that I have a new furnace.

TJ was very professional, diagnosed our AC units, and verified everything was functional and in good working order, but old (22yrs). I appreciate that he didn’t try to hard sell replacing the units at this time, as many other might have tried. Instead he advised that the unit should last the summer, baring unforeseen issues, but that we should budget to replace the unit with more energy efficient units next spring. We’ll done.

Simply Mechanical showed up quickly to diagnose the problem. They schedule a follow up visit to replace broken fan, showed up on time, called ahead w updates for arrival, completed the work quickly and were very friendly and polite. I will call Simply Mechanical for any future HVAC needs.

We needed a new A/C and heating system and I am happy how our new system performs. I recommend these guys highly! We will definitely call them when we get another place.
