I was able to take care of the issue myself before the scheduled appointment, but i feel inclined to give 5 stars due to how professional and friendly Cassidy was with her communication. I can tell they provide top tier service!

Great service. Called for radiant heating service. Tech diagnosed the issue. Then he also looked at my AC multi-zone. He steered us away from an expensive unnecessary adjustment. Then he replaced my radiant heater fan. Lastly, we got him to install our new gas fire pit! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. Would use again.

The tech came out earlier than scheduled and turned out he was highly trained and experienced. He got our AC back on line and running in minutes and now it’s running better than ever. My home has only ever had a roof-mounted swamp cooler. The costs of evaporative cooling, from my experience, far outweighed the benefits. Steve and his team were efficient, professional, and provided me with quality workmanship at a reasonable price, with a few gracious discounts thrown in. They are wonderful! Very responsive and very professional! 2 years ago they came out during a bad storm and replaced my very old furnace! I recently called them with an AC problem, they were here quickly! He had the repair done within 30 minutes! Plus this is a small business that takes care of their customers!

Thank your team a bunch for doing services that no other company was willing to perform. They did a special installation project for my furnace so i called them up again to install a new AC as well. :-)

Simply Mechanical has been fabulous to work with. They recently installed a whole house humidifier. The installation went very smoothly. Today we needed a service call to reset our humidifier A flashing light signaled a filter check. This was more an education call since it is a new system for us. All is working fine. What impresses me is the professionalism and good communication. I am so happy we found this HVAC company.
