Quality Home HVAC

Quality Home HVAC came out for a furnace and central a/c replacement and also installed a custom return vent in our basement. We could not be happier with the results and the new units have exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be working with them for any HVAC needs moving forward.

Roshard and Elias replaced two furnaces in our home in the same day. Did an excellent job with the replacement with little or no interruption in home activity.
Had a faint natural gas odor at one of the units which we only noticed 2 weeks after installation and Curtis responded immediately with a quarter turn on some of the fittings which fixed the problem.
New furnaces are great and we are very happy with the our decision to go with Quality Home HVAC.

I would recommend and use Quality Home HVAC again. Their communication was easy and timely. The bidder, office staff, and installers were polite, trustable, and knew what they were doing. They matched my other offers, and I went with their company as it was a family company with good reviews and warranty. They also came back to install a different thermostat than the one initially installed with one easy email or call.

After a successful furnace & A/C installation, I had Quality Home come back for some additional work on my ventilation.

They were incredibly responsive and were available within a short amount of time to come get the project done.

They were flexible when I needed to change my appointment time last-minute and accommodated me.

Though I communicated with others on the team, I'd like to spotlight James! He reached out before our appointment to confirm our estimate time still worked. He arrived on time and then took time to gather relevant information before starting. Once he discovered the root cause of our problem, he explained it and then showed me. Within a couple of hours of his appointment I had an estimate in hand. I called to set up a schedule after hours and got another great team member. He scheduled James to come out at the exact time I requested. James confirmed the time the day before he was to arrive. Then, he agreed to call when he was 30 minutes out. Super helpful! He was prompt, coordinating schedules so it worked for us and our tenants who work from the home. James is exactly who I wish showed up at my house every time I have a need for a skilled professional. He has a passion for his work, a pride in quality, and a respect for costs of home ownership. Quality Home did a complete redesign of our home hvac system with an efficient heat pump, gas furnace backup and house humidifier with smart thermostat. They were easy to work with and effective/efficient/responsive. I highly recommend them.
Further, Candice has gone above and beyond to help us maximize the value of the system, so here's a big shout out to her too!

These guys are professional, timely and friendly. They were able to come out over a holiday weekend to try to repair our AC unit. We ended up needing a new system, but they were able to install a new HVAC/furnace system quickly and their pricing was fair. Thanks, Curtis, Justin and team!

Update: We recently had some issues with the system, and they were out immediately to diagnose and solve our issue. Eli from their team was so knowledgable and friendly, and was able to fix our issues. Even though very complex, he was persistent to ensure we had full functionality back. Curtis and team were extremely responsive, friendly, timely (when our furnace broke down in the bitter cold), and competitively priced. We are so happy to have worked with them!

We are redoing our basement and needed an HVAC company to do some repairs to existing ductwork for the AC/furnace as well as install a couple bathroom vent fans. James was very knowledgeable and thorough and helped me understand what he was doing and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to understand what needed to be done to pass inspection for my county building permit. He was also willing to assist me in the future if anything came up. I would use this company again in the future.
