My wife called Quality Home HVAC at 530 today. She explained that our AC was out and that we were melting. We also have a Birthday party tomorrow and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Curtis was great. Friendly on the phone strait forward and nice. He came over right away. Curtis was professional, and talked me through the whole process of what he was going to check and what could be wrong. He fixed our AC fast and we couldn't be happier and we aren't melting. So again Curtis thanks brotha. We will fully recommend you and your company to everyone.

Curtis was very responsive and kept me in the loop at all times. Jay came out and performed a thermal expansion ball valve replacement for our hot water heater. He took the time to explain everything to me and also showed me why the previous valve failed. Would highly recommend!

It’s below 0 and my furnace stopped working , I called late Saturday night requested a early appointment next day Sunday. They totally came through and fixed the issue . Price was very reasonable. I so recommend them.

As soon as we needed to turn our AC on this summer- the system went kaput. No one could get someone out for over a week or they did not respond promptly. But Quality Home HVAC responded very promptly, kept us in the loop with appropriate communications, and Justin was timely and professional. We hope we don’t have any other problems but if we do, we will definitely call again. We found our HVAC people :)

Quality Home HVAC stayed within an expected budget but went above and beyond to help troubleshoot my cycling furnace issue. The technician was determined and provided excellent service, providing me advice for DIY ideas if the issue resumed, something I greatly appreciate.

Got on a short call with Curtis from Quality Home HVAC regarding my interest in installing "zoning" into my HVAC system and duct-work. He made time for me on his personal Sunday which I appreciated. After discussing, we came to the conclusion that I actually didn't need zoning and it was better for my personal situation to leave my HVAC system as is. The fact that Curtis kept it real and honest with me and told me that I actually didn't need what I thought I did for my situation instead of trying to get over on me and get money from someone unexperienced in HVAC knowledge, that alone told me that him and his business are the real deal. I definitely look forward to bringing Curtis and Quality Home HVAC my business in the near future

Curtis and Jay are the best! Imagine waking up on a Saturday morning with no heat. House is 48 degrees and you have a 1 month old baby. I had called 4 different places with either booked appointments, super high on call prices, or the generic "we will be there between 8 am and 8pm" replies. Then I called Quality Home HVAC and asked when they could come out (given my situation). I just about hung up and Curtis was here. Both of these gentlemen left my furnace nicer than it was and we had a great conversation the whole time. Made us feel comfortable without the fear that they were going to "find" something broken. These guys were honest, confident, and just overall good people to have in my home helping us out. Will be my new first call for HVAC services.

My service was for Swamp cooler start up to ensure fully functional after winter. That’s it. $350. Rip off.
