The BEST company I've worked with EVER! I now understand why they have only 5 star reviews!! I felt like everyone I worked with cared about the service I was getting, from the quote process to the end of the installation, including cleaning up. One of the only companies that did not talk trash about other companies in the industry, nor did they speak negatively about any of the products out there. I received clear answers to all my questions, I never felt like I was being "sold" to or even upsold in anything. Everyone was very accommodating and made this experience so much better than I ever could have imagined. I also appreciate the fact that what I purchased cost SIGNIFICANTLY less than ALL the other HVAC companies that I received quotes from. I will recommend Curtis, Eli R, Justin S and Quality Home HVAC to everyone that I can.

Curtis and his team was very friendly and professional!! He got us on the schedule ASAP to replace our furnace in extremely cold weather. The service was fast, quality and affordable. I highly recommend this company. A painless experience.. makes it much easier to deal with a big expense when you have great, friendly team taking care of you!

Curtis is the most honest and helpful HVAC repair man I have ever encountered. I had an emergency situation and he took personal time (from hosting a company dinner for his employees!) to try to walk me through a solution and when that didn’t work he set up an appointment that would accommodate my situation so that I could have peace of mind even if it was likely not the most convenient timing for him. He was so courteous and kind and very efficient. I felt like he was making sure I was taken care of every step of the way and that the cost was the most fair that can be found anywhere. He also explains everything thoroughly so that you can understand what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will be giving Curtis’s name and company name out to everyone I know who need HVAC work done. He is a gem and so is is company. Elias was friendly, on time and professional. He had our system up and running again in less than 30 minutes. As a first time home owner, I appreciated that he took the time to explain to us how to maintain our system in the future so It works most effectively. Furnace wasn't working on Friday night at 1645. Chris came out & was here til 2100 trying to get it going. Jay came out Saturday morning & spend several hours to finally get it up & running & explained his thoughts quite colorfully. Great Guys - Diligent & friendly.

I cannot recommend them enough. Curtis was incredibly professional, courteous, and responsive. They gave me a great deal and did excellent work. They went above and beyond with their service. Will definitely continue using them.

After a half dozen consultations from other HVAC companies, I finally talked to somebody who wasn't trying to screw me over.

Curtis gave me the exact same furnace and air conditioner for half the cost of my other quotes. The guys were very professional and had the new system swapped out in less than a day. It was delightful. I'm usually a big DIYer, but I'm thankful that I left this to Curtis and his team. My wife is happy again.

Quality Home HVAC had a technician come out to diagnose my broken AC. They charged me $335 for the service visit, which seemed egregious considering they did not fix anything while they were at my home. At times I'd check on the technician and he was sitting on my patio on his phone. The quote for the fix, which he said he would have to come back and do, was $2,900. I ended up having the original contractor who installed it come and take a look, and he was able to fix the issue in <30 mins. Based on the reviews, I am assuming I did just get a bad technician. My review would have been one star, but the company did refund me the $335 when I called in.
