We've worked with Curtis and his team twice, and would happily do so again. They are easy to work with, and do big and small jobs. When other technicians don't show, they do.

Justin showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and where he would be working. He completed the inspection and cleaning on the AC and Heat (inside and outside) in a timely manner. Once the work was complete he and Curtis put together the inspection report and emailed it over, complete with pictures in less than an hour after Justin left.

5 stars for service, communication, timeliness, and sticking to the cost estimate.

My technician was amazing. He came out within 1 hour for an emergency I had at my property, and was able to resolve the issue within a short time. I'll be using their services for the foreseeable future.

Curtis and Quality Home HVAC came out to my condo within a day of contacting them and helped open my vents and take a look at my AC unit which wasn't pushing out enough air. Extremely friendly and great customer service. I intend to use Quality Home HVAC in the future.

Our AC system stopped working on a Saturday evening and we called this company. In a hour they had sent someone to come out and fix our AC. It was 9pm on a Saturday night and he took the time to fix our AC problem. I would definitely recommend this company plus the technician was super friendly. All the other companies we called were either closed or didn't have an available appointment for days! Highly recommend!

I have been trying to find a solution to my HVAC issue where it was blowing air but not cold for over a year. I had 4 or 5 different companies out at my residence in that 1 year period. Each trying to sell me on a whole new system for 10k+ without being able to identify the problem; I then finally had a company install a new compressor and charge it with coolant for 3k, just to turn it on with no AC again when things got warm enough to try it out.

I called Quality Home in a time crunch as I am now selling this condo in a few weeks and still had no AC. Curtis promptly returned my call, listened to my woes, and scheduled a technician to get to the bottom of it the very next morning.

In come Eli! He’s the man. He spent hours at my condo cleaning the system, diagnosing the problem, fixing the problem, and sticking around to ensure it’s success.

I can’t thank Quality Home enough for finally saving the day and correcting the work of others. If you’re in the Denver/Boulder area and own a property save your time and money and just call these folks.

After getting quotes from various competitors, I decided on Quality Home because they offered competitive pricing, an experienced staff, and a quick installation. Somehow Curtis and his team made what’s normally a painful process relatively painless. I would highly recommend QH for your HVAC needs.
