Emporia came out to fix a problem with my AC coils interfering with my furnace. Adrian spent the entire day fixing our system, and went above and beyond to make sure we will not have this problem again I nthe future. He was highly knowledgeable and talked us through everything he was doing. Now our furnace is running better than it ever has since we moved in. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Emporia after this wonderful experience. They've earned lifelong customers after today!

I would give 0 stars but it won't let me. They charged me $210 to come and look at my HVAC issue and not do ONE THING. He was here for about 15 minutes and basically told me he had no idea what the issue was. I am fine paying like $55 for a trip charge but $210 is ridiculous!! Sent then an email the same day about it and no response.

Chris Vigil came to my house to complete the installation of my new air-conditioning system. He had to sure that the refrigerant going through the system was the correct amount and temperature to ensure a smooth running system. He also spent quite a bit of time cleaning up some of the caulking that had been done on my patio during the initial installation.
Chris was efficient and very thorough and a nice guy to boot!! I highly recommend him.

My furnace was failing to engage. Chris came out within 2 hours of initial request and took care of the issue. Very pleasant and professional.

Chris was the technician that inspected our furnace for a pilot light issue on 9/16/22. He determined that the thermocouple was bad and that there was a gas leak at the pilot. I was very pleased with his knowledge, expertise and explanation of the problem, and the review of the overall condition of my 33 year old furnace. It obviously needed to be replaced due to age. Dale, the sales representative, came over within the hour, at my request, and discussed my options for a replacement unit. His proposal for a replacement furnace was very reasonable and competitive, and I was extremely pleased with his willingness to accommodate my needs. I opted for the A801x RunTru furnace by Trane. On 9/21/22, technicians Terrence and Nick installed the new furnace. Their politeness, courtesy and professional demeanor were exceptional. The unit looks and works great. The installation was performed in compliance with current building codes. Everything from the initial visit with Chris, through the installation, to the county inspection/permit process went smoothly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Emporia Home Services for any HVAC needs you may have.
