Our furnace went out this afternoon around 3:30pm, and with an expected low of 15 degrees overnight, I frantically started calling heating/cooling places around Littleton. Everyone I spoke to basically said “we can book you in a few days”. I then called Emporia and even with just 50 mins left in their business day, they sent Chris over to help us out. Not only did Chris show up at my door within 20 mins, but he diagnosed the issue in very little time, ordered a part across town, drove to go get it, and came back to install the replacement part late into the evening. Did I mention that he also offered to bring in space heaters to hold us over? Chris went above and beyond, and took time out from his own evening to make sure we could enjoy ours. I realize we paid for this service, but I still appreciate when a business & employees working there want to see you happy. Big thanks to Chris and the folks at Emporia!

On one of the coldest days this winter my heat stopped working. I called Emporium & they had a tech out to my office in just a couple hours. Chris spent an hour in the snow and bitter cold diagnosing the rooftop unit & found the problem before dark!

They were on time and worked cleanly and professionally though out the day of my installation. This company has been exemplary in every way. My furnace went out last Saturday. The HVAC company I had been using had no way to contact them over the weekend. when called on Monday, they set an appoint for 4 weeks out (their earliest convenience).
I called Emporia Home Services mid-monday afternoon. The had someone at the house promptly the next morning - on time! The next day they installed my new furnace (and A/C) as promised. I had heat that afternoon. And the price was competitive. It's a shame 5 stars is as high as I can go. I'm thinking an 8 at least - because thhhhhhhhey were over and above.

My furnace would not heat up. I called Emporia at 11 am and Chris V., the technician was here at 3:30. He systematically diagnosed the problem. He carefully explained what he was doing and had the necessary parts on hand to fix the problem. He also suggested other maintenance items that needed attention. Emporia is now my go-to company for furnace and AC maintenance, and I will request Chris for the follow-up maintenance work.
