They responded quickly to my heating problem. Chris was great, talked me through what was causing problems, ran to get the part and had my furnace running like new. Kept his card so I know who to call next time if needed.

He came to inspect a leak and even though it was leaking around something that wasn’t their responsibility, he went out of his way to seal it up anyway.

Same day service, and had my system up and running in about a hour. Chris was very knowledgeable, identified the issue and explained everything to me.

These guys did good work and I'm thankful to have given them a chance. Everyone that I communicated with during the process was enjoyable to talk to and also knowledgeable. There was never a moment of doubt or concern about the quality of what I was purchasing. The end result was a good looking and professionally installed mini-split AC that's ready for the incoming summer. So I definitely recommend Emporia for your AC/heating needs.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to because the experience I had with emporia was so impressive! First off my heater died a few weeks ago,I had 3 other local HVAC companies that came in and constantly quoted me for a whole system replacement or items I did not need or want! I was very upset that I had nothing but sales people instead of someone who could actually resolve my problem without breaking the bank! I was referred to Emporia by my neighbor here in Littleton he said it was a smaller company but their service was impeccable! I laughed like sure pal let’s try again and see what ridiculous quote I get. I made the call and from that call I knew the customer service was what I was looking for, they scheduled me in quickly and got exactly what I was needing with no pressure of nonsense add ons! But wait there’s more… the next day I had the two most amazing techs (Adrian/Cody) come in and install my new furnace! Wow these guys were so professional and polite I was blown away. And when they completed in a timely manner the work was beautiful which is kind of weird to say about a furnace. They left the place cleaner than what it was!They also took their time to explained how to use my new thermostat in a way where I can understand! Thank you for my new furnace Emporia team 😊 I will definitely continue business with you in the future!

Dale and Terrance came out answered all my questions and gave us an excellent price on replacing our 15 year old furnace. Terrance and Troy were out 3 days later and installed a new system that looks great. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, on time and left a perfectly clean area when done. I would recommend getting a bid from them and see for yourself how great they are to work with.

Chris was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I really enjoyed working with him. I don’t know what else I could ask for!

Chris was prompt, very respectful of our home and our time. Our humidifier system had quit working and Chris worked on it to maintain the operation of the failed humidifier. He found gunk in the clear tube and PVC pipe to the drain and cleaned up everything. Humidifier is now working. Thank you Chris!!

We have used Emporia Home Service for Heating maintenance, AC maintenance and some plumbing work - the latter service they generally do not offer but we were able to get help. It took long to complete plumbing job but it worked out.

As far as Heating and AC issues, we would highly recommend Emporia Home Services. Melissa is always extremely helpful and accommodating and the guys do a great job.
