Tim came and did a furnace inspection and cleaning for us, he was friendly and obviously very knowledgable. He also gave us some great tips for saving money on our electricity bill for the future. We would definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services.

Woke up to a cold house about a month ago and realized the boiler wasn't working properly. Called Emporia up and they were able to dispatch Jake out to my house within a couple of hours. Jake quickly diagnosed the problem, changed out the igniter board and igniter and got the boiler working. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Emporia responded immediately and sent Tim out within a couple of hours of my call. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem and made some recommendations to consider without pressuring me to make any decisions. Great service! I would absolutely use Emporia again and definitely recommend them!

Jason the electrician was nice, professional, and very helpful. The install went smoothly and he made sure that the app was working well before leaving. Very excited to track my electricity usage.
