These guys were great! On Friday denver issued their second ever heat advisory warning and they were out to install a new heating and air conditioning unit for me. Adam and I started talking about the process Monday and they were there Friday at 8am and out by 430! I was even at work the whole time. Everything is running smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. They gave me a great price and even upgraded my system to something $5,000 more. Give these guys a try you won’t regret it! Plus all the benefits for 10 years — I’m grateful today as I lay in my cool condo!

My 40 year old AC system went down during a heat wave. I called several companies. Premier Heating and Air was very competitive with that little bit of extra, and scheduled me as quickly as possible. They were the best choice. They replaced my furnace and AC both and were professional and ensured I received quality service. Everyone was very nice to work with.

Good price and very friendly staff although I am very disappointed in the final finish of the install. I had a new AC system and furnace installed. If something could look better with a little bit of extra time it was not done. Seems speed was more important than quality. The system itself works great and seems a good value for the product, but I now have a bunch of extra holes in part of the system because of what seemed poor planning.

I even had to have them come back and move some vent pipes because I could not close the utility room door. When I voiced my concerns to the tech who was sent it seemed I was being brushed off because it was inconvenient to come back to fix the mistake. The additional holes in the return vent were “no big deal”. While it may not effect the system it still seems unprofessional in my opinion.

After fixing the mistake there was no follow up or anything to see if I was happy with the fix. Very surprised with how everything ended up. A few things I can live with, but some of the things I will fix myself.

Purchased a full system ($20k worth of) through them when I was assured that they had the equipment in stock. A day before install their sales guy contact me saying that there are supply chain issues and they had no solid dates for the install. I found it quite surprising as they said the equipment was on hand… also they were completely unapologetic of the fact that I had to rearrange work travel and take a day off for the install. Time is money both for them but also for their customers, and they showed no respect to that.
I decided to give them a week to see if they could figure their things out, but upon having to follow up myself I was given the same answer. I find this level of service appalling, especially when you are spending over 20k with them.
At last, after not having a solid date for the actual install, we decided to pull the plug and go with a more reputable company that actually has equipment in stock when they say they do.
I would really caution people of this company sales tactics. They were really keen at bad mouthing other companies when they couldn’t even close their own sale. Also their sales people treat you like you are dumb and keep repeating the same two phrases “you got the Porsche system”… also they make unsubstantiated claims on other companies system set ups that are easily fact checked online.

Be extremely cautious using Premier Heating and Air. Despite the friendly staff who talk a big game on customer service, 100% customer satisfaction that is unfortunately not how they act once you have already paid for service.

I had a new furnace and AC installed recently and it started making this whistling sound almost immediately. Within 2 weeks the AC couldn't even maintain a temp of 74 when it was 81 outside.

I can't afford to miss work and they insist I do a 4-6 appointment even thought they were completely happy to come quite late to my install when servicing someone else in the morning. I let them know I would be happy for them to come as early as they like in the morning so I don't delay their day. Management categorically refuses to speak with you directly so it is challenging to make any progress.

I absolutely hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately this company has left me no other choice.

Adam kept in contact with me through the whole process and was available for any questions or concerns. Luis and Carlos were polite and respectful of my home during the installation and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!
