Premier Heating and Air

Premier has been great to work with! I had them install a new furnace and air conditioner in December 2020. They are thorough and the technicians explain everything in detail. They also provide follow up emails/text messages with findings and photos. I would recommend them!

Our entire experience was wonderful! From scheduling the service to working with Isaac to troubleshoot our problems, the service was amazing. Isaac was able to answer all of our questions and explain things so we were able to understand. We will definitely be calling Premier again!

Had my winter check up done tech stated I needed a part for my humidifier and that he would order it and have someone schedule appointment. 3 weeks went by no call. I called and they stated part was never ordered and they needed to confer with tech. Install ordered for 1 week later to arrive between 4-5 pm at 5:30 no call no show. I called they stated they had an emergency I stated you could have at least let me know as I left work early. Return scheduled for next day. Tech informed me he didn’t have the part in his truck that’s why he didn’t do the job the day before he blamed the office for not letting him know. I have called 4 times in the past 3 weeks asking for a manager or supervisor to call me which has never happened. Very poor service everyone pointing the finger in the opposite direction no accountability. I spent $13k with them 2 years ago it is clear they just want their money and do not care about customer service.
* The GM reached out to me personally and rectified the situation. I trust the communication issues experienced have been rectified.

Heat was out on Sunday morning. Call and also used text messaging. A technician named K call me back he worked through the necessary filter replacement over the phone and got the heat working.
He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

Called one day for estimate, and they installed the next. With salesman Adam and even the owner of Premier involved, I got an incredible deal on a new Amana furnace, air purifier and humidifier (saving thousands over other estimates)...they worked very hard, late in the evening to make the deal. Installer Carlos did a great job, including clean up. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future (AC maybe).

The service mechanic was on time and performed the required inspection. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. We look forward to future inspections.

Called at noon to repair our furnace on a sub zero day. Connor showed up at 5 and made the repair. Excellent service!

Adam Washousky, the Associate Representative, worked around our situation and our needs, considered different options and offered the best deal possible. The customer service was amazing. The communication was great, all detailed were discussed, everything was done on time. Special thanks to Pedro Guzman for doing great job uninstalling/installing the furnaces. The Premier Heating and Air team is the best in the business. I was blown away by their customer service and knowledge. There is no need to look for another option, Premier is the best option in town.

Patrick was on time, professional, COVID- safe and completed a detailed and thorough inspection of my furnace, including taking pictures to back up his recommendations. He also followed up with the company during the visit to give me detailed options and next steps. I highly recommend this company and specifically recommend Patrick. What a good experience!
