We were so hopeful when Marc came through and provided us with a good and reasonable estimate. He said upon signing the agreement our system would be installed within 10 days.
NOT THE CASE. Weeks after signing we had our appointment coming up for them to reschedule on us last minute.. not a big deal end of week adjustment is alright. Then today Thursday (6/29/23) they called to reschedule for our appointment tomorrow AGAIN. Next available is July 19, 2023! This company is disorganized, unprofessional and the front office needs to figure it out. Not sure if Marc and the sales teams are over promising and Dalco under delivering, but we won't be taken advantage and just go with a estimate that was almost identical.
I'd say steer clear for a while and hopefully they figure out how to schedule clients and run a smooth business.
Grateful for the team at DALCO. We had a mini split that stopped working. Travers came out and diagnosed the numerous issues with our unit. He's really knowledgeable. Marc, the business owner, also stopped by because our situation was really unique and he wanted to see it firsthand. Marc was incredibly helpful in understanding the various government programs available to us and helped ensure all the paperwork was in order. DALCO installed a new unit and it's working great three months in. Very grateful! Thanks Marc and Travers!
We had a terrible experience dealing with Marc the owner of this business. His communication began as condescending and then turned to passive aggressive and avoidant as we proceeded through our bid, installation and payment processes. Fortunately we only experienced minor actual problems with the installation, scheduling and billing, all of which could have easily been taken care of had we received a basic level of customer service. We will be looking for a new service provider because there was no reason for this process to be so stressful and I don’t wish to be treated poorly when I am a paying customer.
Sincerely impressed with the quality of service and customer service provided by Travers and the DALCO team. We will be using DALCO for all of our heating and air conditioning needs for our business from now on!
We have been using DALCO for 2+ years now for annual cleaning service on our Rinnai tankless water heater. This unit has never worked properly since it was recommended and installed 5 years ago by a different local company. It intermittently throws error codes and goes cold during showers. We have gone through multiple service providers to try and fix the root cause, to no avail, and have mostly learned to live with the hot water issues. After a particularly bad stretch of water heater performance, we called DALCO again and they sent out their incredibly dedicated technician, Travers. Over the course of about 6 weeks and multiple trips to our home, Travers worked directly with Rinnai support to diagnose the issue. I witnessed first hand how terrible Rinnai’s support system is, relegating Travers to hour long hold times every time he called and the need to repeat troubleshooting steps over and over depending on which Rinnai agent he was speaking with. Travers hung in there with us and after several unsuccessful fixes suggested by Rinnai, Travers replaced the entire burner unit on our water heater and it is working properly for the first time since it was installed half a decade ago! Travers was thorough, kind and patient while navigating a very complex repair process and I am confident that were it not for him, we’d still be having the same issues with this unit. We can’t thank Travers and DALCO enough for their assistance and we look forward to being a customer for many years to come.
This company is top notch from talking to Arica about our issues, she got us on the schedule and the tech did a great job went over everything with us. We highly recommend Dalco to anyone in Denver they are the best!!!
I was pleased with my DALCO installation of a new furnace and AC, but not so pleased to write a review. Dalco and Travers are earning this for their warranty support of the unit. For some reason the unit started acting up about a month in but was working fine when Travers showed up. Instead of just shrugging his shoulders Travers dug into the issue and helped uncover a faulty electrical switch. Professional, diligent and friendly; would recommend
Installed full Trane 2 Stage system with air purifier and humidifier quickly and efficiently at a great pre-season price. Smaller company where you can deal directly with the owner!
This is my 3rd time using Dalco and I will continue to do so. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been friendly, helpful, and honestly easy to work with. Last year we had a whole home humidifier installed by them and this year they did AC maintenance. I will have them come out in the fall to do maintenance on my furnace. Highly recommend using them - I feel the cost is very fair and the service is fantastic.
From our original meeting, Marc provided clear and tireless explanations of our options for replacing our heating and AC. We opted for a heat pump with backup gas furnace. The system met exceeded our expectations, the workmanship was excellent and follow-up very positive. I recommend these folks for their integrity, professionalism, and experience.
