Horrible customer service and first impression.
Called today to schedule service and repair for a heater. The guy answering the call was catty and non professional.
Sorry he was having an off day but he just lost your business customers from our six locations.

Everyone was professional and exactly on time, from sales rep to electricians to installers. This company operates with the utmost integrity. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the installation by Matt of my AprilAir humidifier and thermostat. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was very pleasant and professional.

Water heater installation was ridiculous my Dad had to help them. They worked on my furnace before I purchased and won't warranty or care! Run!!!!!

They showed up and completed the work I had asked them to do in the time frame they had estimated. Cost was fair based on some other quotes I had recieved. I would use them again.
