    We had new water heater installed. Traverse who came out for the estimate and install was very pleasant, professional, the install went flawless. We had Dalco install a new cental ac and furnance last summer and did a great job, which is why we had them back to replace the water heater.

    Dalco was great. They came out the same day I called and were quick to respond to my voicemail. I liked that they were able to see to my heater as well as my water heater. The tech, Travers, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and going above and beyond discussing related ways to improve my home and insulation. Super helpful!!! Would definitely recommend.

    Marc from DALCO came out to quote me a mini-split system. After looking at my situation he proposed a few options to evaluate even if it meant he didn't get the sale. It was very refreshing to have an honest contractor who was looking out of my best interest. Based on my experience I would give Marc my business in the future.

    Dalco recently installed a whole house humidifier in my house and due to terrible furnace design, the initial installation was causing 1 specific room have nearly all of the moisture to come through.

    Once notified they came back within hours, helped walk through the problem, and we worked together to basically relocate the entire system to help alleviate the problem.

    They never asked for additional payment even though it was absolutely not something they could have foreseen. They were 100% attentive and concerned for success.

    I very much appreciate the high level of customer service.

    The main reason for a knocked star was some inaccuracies about product functionality (integration with smart thermostats, how the native automated temperature-based humidity level actually worked) that I was able to find specifics to figure out on my own.

    Very much not enough to detract from my recommendation. Customer service is top notch.

    Where do I start? I want to believe at the core of the company that they mean well and want to do the right thing. All the office staff and service techs have been cordial, prompt and professional. Unfortunately, I wish I could conclude that for the owner, Marc Brewer. The system that was designed by Marc has been minimal at best. We live in a simple 1,000 sq. ft. Denver Bungalow. It was NOT mentioned prior to the install that better attic insulation was needed. After bidding out the project, I spent an additional $5K on spray in insulation in the attic and added an attic fan. While the spray foam has helped with the system's performance, I still strongly believe there are design flaws and will be seeking further consultation on the overall design. We are almost 3 months from the install and the wifi thermostat that I have paid for has yet to be scheduled to be installed?!? This was a simple request when I originally bid out installing a "central AC" system. Its a $200+ part that I am now set out on my own to try and figure out how to hook it up. I had high hopes as I have various other projects I will be under taking, but I can confirm I will not be using Marc Brewer's operation. I am not one to write reviews and I, too, work for a small business and get the struggles of finding quality and reliable help. I conclude by saying that I have not received a call from Marc after requesting one from multiple Dalco employees, I bet I get a "google review response" now?

    The service technician came out to perform a tune-up to maintain our 10-year warranty with Trane. He noticed that our specialty filter needed to be replaced and noted that there are separate filters for winter and summer. As our furnace and air conditioner are new, we were thankful to better understand the filter system. Overall we were pleased with Dalco's service. This was a courtesy inspection that was included with our furnace and air conditioner installation.

    Doesn't follow through. Guy came out for an estimate and seemed professional enough. Said it would take a few days to write an estimate and get it over. No problem. Weeks have gone by and I contacted asking for an update. Was told he's busy and will try to find out when i can expect an estimate. Never heard anything. Glad the unreliability and unprofessional showed now before I gave him money.

    Travers helped us fix an A/C repair, and install an Aprilaire steam humidifier and air purifier this fall. Everything went incredibly smoothly (great communication & work) so I made sure to save his number. Here’s where Travers went above and beyond… last night when the temp dropped to -2, our thermostat and furnace just died, not only did he return our late evening call, he continued to troubleshoot with us for over a hour on the phone. Since we couldn’t figure it out, he squeezed us into his schedule in the morning. Thank you, thank you!
