    DALCO installed my boiler and did a good job for a good price. Unfortunately, about a year and a half later the boiler stopped working. This isn't DALCO's fault, but getting them to come out and service the boiler has been awful. They missed the Tuesday morning appointment and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. No one showed up for that appointment either. They promised to have someone out by 10:00, but they missed that appointment too. Maybe they are great when they get to your house, but I will never know. For installation I would give them five stars. For service I give them zero stars.

    We have a commercial warehouse that has heaters mounted toward the ceiling. Two of the four heaters were not working. Travers from Dalco came out and did a great job getting our furnaces up and running. He displayed professionalism, attention to detail and was very kind and courteous! I would highly recommenced.

    Marc met up with us and we we're immediately impressed with his professionalism and "normal human-being-ness". Completely honest about what was possible with our situation and the many options we had. Our old AC unit was removed the morning of our concrete removal from our driveway by Travor within a few minutes. After our concrete was poured, Ramon came in the early AM and installed the new unit on the north side of the house. Couldn't be happier... We saved over $3,000 compared to a few other competitors and had an awesome time sending our money DALCO's way.

    Experienced on-going problems with AC since install. Dalco installed a new furnace and AC during our home renovation. Have had numerous technicians out to diagnose the problem. Each one comes up with a different solution. The last one decided we needed more cold air returns so they moved the one upstairs to a higher location on the wall and added one downstairs. $650 later and the problem still exists. The AC cannot keep the house cool on days where the outside temp exceeds 92 degrees.

    Travers was our technician and he was EXTREMELY diligent in determining what our issues were and worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. Since 9/10/19 we have not experienced any of the issues we had reported.
    Travers is very professional, extremely friendly and very knowledgable in HVAC.
    Thank you to Travers and Mark for following up on our issues and working to resolve them.

    We were without heat for 12 days during a cold snap and the temps were down to 7 degrees. Trane (furnace manufacturer) would not help our repair tech because he wasn’t certified through Trane. So once we found Dalco with a certified tech we called them in the evening and after the representative learned about us being without heat, she dispatched a tech immediately. Travors came out first thing in the morning and was so great! He was intelligent and sincerely concerned for our well being. After a long process with Trane technician on the phone- we had heat!!! He took the time to explain everything to us and we were very satisfied regarding the care this company showed us. The repair price was very reasonable and they have our business from now on!! Thank you Travors and Dalco!!

    The first person to come out made the problem worse and I was upset. After talking with Mark the owner I realized he really cares about his customers. He worked with me to send another technician to have a look at the problem. This guy was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue. It is the mark of a good business to work with customers who are unsatisfied. Whether they fix the problem at first or not you can trust that Mark will do his best resolve the issue. I recommend using their service.

    When your furnace quits working on a freezing winter day, you need someone that you can trust to come out as soon as possible. Dalco sent a technician within an hour, he picked up the parts and my heat was restored promptly. I also felt like the amount charged for the parts and service was fair.

    Dalco also installed my new central a/c which went without any issues and was affordable.

    BEWARE they will over charge for service. Our furnace went out and they responded same day and fixed the problem promptly. They said it would be a $79 trip charge that would be applied to the repair and the total time at my home was less than 30 minutes (including greeting and billing/paying). It was a glow ignition that went out and with a quick Google search found the part was only $20 and they charged $248. It took them less than 10 minutes to diagnose, remove, install and check the new part. I spoke with Matt, the manger, who said that price was the industry standard cost. Wow $500/hour is darn good wages. I called around to several companies and found that this is a typical SCAM of HVACs. Many will not quote a price over the phone, but state it is something ONLY the tech can give out. Basically once they come out, they have you in a bind. You have to pay their trip fee, and they are already there to fix your problem and basically force you to pay whatever they demand. I did find a one other companies who did quote the same price of $250 but then I found others who quoted $150 and they were BBB A+, bonded, insured, and with 85+ positive Google reviews--so a very reputable company. I would skip this company and search for one with better and more reviews than DALCO.

    Our 20 year old water heater quit. Marc handled getting us a quote and arranging for service on Saturday to install a new water heater. Marc and Travers arrived on time and the installation was complete in a very timely fashion. Several members of my family have also used DALCO services and have to come to rely on DALCO when it comes to heating, A/C and now water heaters. Thanks Marc, Travers and company!

    The DALCO checkup by the technician, Matt, was very well done.
    He explained everything he was doing and what we, as homeowners, need to do and watch out for. Also, I am very impressed by our Trane equipment and how well it has held up over the years. Thanks for the thoroughness. Matt is a very valued employee -- I appreciated his care and concern.
