We had a great experience with them. We are so grateful for the hard work they did for us. We have been in our house for almost 15 years, and we have never had a heating or cooling system before. This was our first time working with them, and they did a wonderful job! They were very knowledgeable about the process and very accommodating in answering all of our questions. They even helped us figure out the best way to make sure the install went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating & cooling services!

We called McCarthy Heating & Cooling and within 20-30min Matthew Ford, their tech, came out, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired and working great within the hour. 100% will use their services again with our new maintenance agreement. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable.

A/C stopped working and this company was close and highly rated, so I called. They are non-stop predatory sales tactics. They told me it would be 3k to fix that day (telling me maybe it lasts 10 days, 10 weeks... impossible to know they said) down where my coils are in the basement, or 14k (which they rebated down to 13k) to replace the AC since a crane would be needed for the roof. When I started backing off, they suddenly were able to offer to get it working that day for $586, and they repeatedly said it should be good enough to get me through the summer. Once I agreed, he cleaned the coils (it took all of 10 minutes or so) and the AC was running again. It lasted for 6 hours until it stopped working. Called them back the next day, and the best the guy could offer was to comp me a portion of that back against a replacement unit. Again pushing to replace the entire thing. If you're wanting AC repair/replacement without predatory sales and guys who are looking to take advantage, look elsewhere.

Another company came in (Steel-T), tested the power in the furnace and found the problem within minutes (and boom, I had air). Didn't need to replace or repair anything. They also pulled out their ladder to go check the condenser (which McCarthy didn't do). They're thinking my unit probably has a few more years of life in it; they say it actually is running really strong and is healthy. The coils did need to be cleaned, but these guys would've had me forking over 13k when I only needed someone who could more thoroughly diagnose. They were pointing things out and trying to scare me when those things weren't problematic.

I hired them to replace my heating and air conditioning system. The service was very professional and the technicians were very friendly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, which was great!

I am very impressed with the service provided by McCarthy Heating & Cooling technicians. My water heater stopped working over the weekend and they were able to send out a technician quickly. He arrived within a few minutes and was very friendly and knowledgeable.He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.I will highly recommend them.

Simply the best! I would give 10 stars if I could. McCarthy Heating & Cooling was able to help me fix my AC after it had shut off on 95 degree day with my wife and an infant in the house. They responded to the emergency call and was able to get the system up and running in no time! Most importantly, he was patient and knowledgeable in answering any and all questions that I had.
