I contacted Barry with Mac Vic plumbing to bid rough in/final trim plumbing for a fix and flip property i am doing. He was very knowledgable and professional. The bid came back at a great price and they had availability the next week (other companies were a month+ out). The thing i liked most is Barry did the bid, was a point of contact for scheduling/permitting and he was the one doing the work. Job well done

My furnace was not working. Matt A arrived within the time window I was given. He put on shoe covers to protect my floors. While he was working on my furnace he answered questions from my roommate and I and explained what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. I needed a part for the furnace. Matt called their distributor, picked up the part, returned and installed it. I appreciate the time he took to answer questions and explain what he was doing.

Jacob was very polite and professional. He focused on the job while not trying to upsell things we didn't need. That said, he provided good advice on things we should be monitoring to identfy potential problems in the future. If/when we need Mac Vik again, I'll be glad if Jacob is assigned to our job.

Mike and John showed up on time and were very professional. I was given a short 2 hr window for them to show and they were on the early end of that which i also received a text that they were on their way. Fixed everything and got our heat back on quick on a 25* day.

My go to for any service related issues I have. This business has been up and running for a long time and is very reasonable with pricing. Technicians are professionals and wear boot covers. Can’t go wrong here. They get the job done and won’t break your bank.

I had to replace a main water valve and it was done in just over an hour longest part was draining the water from house.

I also called for my furnace during the winter and technician could have replaced the most expensive part but troubleshooting he found the problem and wasn’t not the most expensive part.
