Mac Vik was very friendly and prompt with their response time, keeping good communication about their ETA, and follow up. Antonio was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job of communicating with us what the diagnosis and fix were for our plumbing issue.

Tony did a great job for us. He came to our house on a Sunday, his day off. The source of our water problem was not immediately evident, but Tony stuck with the situation until he resolved the source of the leak. He was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend him. Thank you! Barbara Marquess

My Technician, Gabe was fantastic!
He was prompt, courteous, pleasant and professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote then quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. He was respectful of my home and made sure everything was put back in its place, taking care to wipe away any water.
I always recommend Mac Vik to anyone needing plumbing work and would definitely ask for Gabe Singer again as well!

Mike came on time, explained the work, worked around my meetings, did an amazing job with both leaking toilets. Replaced the parts with quality parts. Reasonably priced not the lowest or highest. Good solid quality work. I am creating my next list of work I need done. Definitely will use them again.

I had a whole house water filter installed by Mac/Vik a year ago and it was time to change out the filter. Mike was very helpful in teaching me how to replace the filter. He patiently explained and demonstrated each step of removing the old filter and installing a new one. I know very little about plumbing so learned a lot.

Marius came out to estimate adding water heat to a new addition we are building. He is very thorough and capable. We recommend him and Mac Vik [Antonio and Jacob also] highly.

Gabe helped us repair a septic drain issue in our crawl space - he was outstanding. Scheduling was stellar as well - called to schedule on a Tuesday morning and Gabe arrived shortly thereafter AND they were short staffed that day. Great job, will call them the next time I have an issue.

Mike R showed up on time. Very polite, attentive to my concerns. Easily switched from a snake job on a sink in bathroom, to replacing the 85 year old drain and both water supply lines the same day without any complaints!
We have a dirt crawl space, and he stayed positive, and polite all day.
