Big thank you to everyone at Mac Vik, from the guy working the phones and scheduling to Jacob who did my repair. Had a copper line burst during -20 temps. Jacob was out the same day and right on time. He worked late on the Friday before Christmas Eve, and was both polite and professional. Great company.

Mike at MacVik was great, trouble shooting the relocation of a exterior hose bib and finding a good solution.

I had a very pleasant experience with them. They responded to my call right away and sent over a drain technician almost immediately. With the issue came back a few days after the drain technician serviced my house, they sent over another technician the same day who was very thorough and helpful. My drain issues now seem to be fully resolved and I appreciate that the company warrantees their work I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing. I do wish they had a 24 hour service line in case in emergency situation comes up.

It was a little expensive but Antonia was completely professional. Personally I do maintenance for spray booths and Antonio was very qualified. I must say that Antonio was a breath of fresh air! Thanks, Mike

These guys are awesome. They just came out to fix my furnace that stopped working and I could not figure out why. A previous company had recommend a different filter and that filter is for commercial use not home use. Matt was great and said really all we have to do is fix your filter. Nothing else no lets replace parts etc.... just the filter is wrong! Thank you so much for being honest and helping me out.
