I am so pleased with MAC VIK! This is my second experience. Marius and Noah came out YESTERDAY and very professionally investigated my heating issues. My furnace was 16+years old, and I decided on new rather than repair. I was offered a great deal on a new a/c and thermostat and furnace. We agreed upon a price and the entire install was TODAY!!! Tim B., Mike S. and Troy worked so hard, and accomplished it all in my 1975 crawl space, etc. etc. Marius stopped by to check on the teams progress. At one point I had a Mac Vik truck convention!!! So pleased and amazed. Excellent work by talented technicians. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure doing business with you!!!

Matt was great. Diagnosed problem went and got needed parts, installed them and furnace working fine. We’ll be using Max Vik in future.

John is very knowledgeable, patient and personable. He installed our new house water filter and then quicklyhelped me with a faucet repair. He answered all our questions. We highly recommend him!!

I have used MacVik's services for almost 20 years. They are always prompt, professional, informative and reasonably priced. They installed and maintain my HVAC systems. Now that they also do plumbing and electrical, I will be using MacVik for those systems as well.

We had a furnace check. The humidifier was not working but he got it working fairly quickly. Furnace good for at least 5-6 years!

Gabriel came to install 3 toilets I'd bought elsewhere. He was ready, able, and faster with the work than I expected. Very good job, though more expensive than I'd like. What isn't, these days?

Marius came and diagnosed a need to replace the water heater. They got it scheduled for the next day and a reasonable price. The two guys that came the next day were incredibly friendly, patient, and did the installation with about an hour less of what they estimated. We were of course happy to have hot water, but we are also confident we won’t need to call MacVic to redo their work because they have been reliable every time. We don’t need to call around for service, MacVic and their excellent crew have been amazing.
