Mike was great! He listened to the issues we were having with our furnace, performed a thorough inspection, and was very clear about what he could do for us. All costs were clearly stated and we were very happy with the quality of the work performed. All in all, a very good service. We will definitely use them in the future.

My technician name is Tony I felt so comfortable and safe with him he did a fantastic job, left the area clean, next time I use Viks plumbing I'm going to request Tony.

I thought the work was sloppy for the price point. I requested a wall furnace and a freestanding unit was installed instead. They didn't trim or "finish" around the area that was vented. The unit had/has issues with overheating and needs a manual reset every so often. It also makes the cabin smell like propane when only the pilot light is on. I should have gone with a cheap amazon unit.

Tony was very pleasant. He even used boot covers so he would not track dirt into my house. He assessed the situation fully before giving the estimate. He explained the estimate and was finished in a timely manner. He called to say how far away he was also. Very good company, I have used them before and they service my mother’s house also. I would recommend them. .

I needed plumbing work to repair a pin hole leak in my 3/4" hot water line. The professional that performed the work was very competent and knowledgeable in his repair work. I would not hesitate with a recommendation to have plumbing repair or work performed by this company.
