AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric

I needed to get my AC and Furnace replaced - I had many estimates done by other companies and AAA Service had a very similar estimate, but I choose to go with them due to the good reviews on Google. They were quick to get the instillation done but the problems began with the permit inspection. They scheduled an appointment with the city inspector but failed to send a technician with a ladder even though AAA had to use one to do the work on the roof, so we had to schedule a follow up. Then the work they did failed the follow up permit inspection. A third follow up was scheduled for the corrections to be made but the technician never showed up. Then when they did (on the 4th appointment at this point), the technician advised they wanted to leave their ladder in my apartment because they said the city doesn't advise when the inspector was coming and the AAA technician didn't want to wait in their car for the inspector (funny enough, AAA doesn't give a timeframe when they are coming either, just a date that they missed half the time). Finally, the inspector deemed the work up to code and passed the inspection. When I called to get the permit paperwork, AAA told me that all they had was an email saying it passed... I asked them to send it to me and they never did. I had to go on the city's public records to find it myself and I only knew how to do so because of prior job experience with permits. Now, I have called three times for them to come get their ladder and they keep saying they will come and get it but never do. Long story short, they have missed multiple appointments and the only way to get something done is to call them 3-5 times. I wouldn't recommend using them because all they care about is the install and getting your money, after that, you have to beg them to do their jobs. When I spend $12,000, I expect a decent level of customer service/professionalism in addition to the actual work. The quick repairs needed to pass the inspection took weeks to get done because their lack of responsiveness/missed appointments. If I didn't work from home, this process would have taken even longer/been even more frustrating because I would have had to take multiple days off work for nothing due to their many missed appointments.

Absolutely love AAA! They are so responsive, professional and their plumbing repair was beyond reproach. Greg went above and beyond what was needed to make sure all our plumbing issues were repaired to our satisfaction! He was friendly and gave us options for the repairs that were needed and did not push us to do more repairs than were necessary! Would always use AAA in the future.

AAA has been great and very responsive. The tech we had today Justin Anderson, did a fantastic job with the repairs and found the root cause of the problem. He also explained in detail what was going on. His knowledge and customer service is greatly appreciated.

We recently used AAA a while back to help install a new outlet for our washer/dryer. During that appointment we decided to become members, and wow what a great decision that was. about 11 month later we had an new/separate issue with our water heater. The technician that diagnosed the program and installed a new water heater same day was Ray Wamsley. Ray was a great technician to work with. We are so happy we became members!! It saved us both time and money which is much appreciated.

We had an emergency sewer line backup and called AAA for a consultation, scheduled the work and wound up replacing the entire sewer line from the house to the main. A crew came the next day with a camera, all equipment to trench and worked 12 hours until it was done. They explained the entire process, gave me quotes and recommendations for a spot repair, but after reviewing the camera results, I made the decision to replace the entire line. They even sent someone to talk to me because I’m a senior, just to make sure I had all my faculties. I’m not sure about those results, but all the landscaping was returned to normal and the next day a plumber came out and cleaned every drain in the house and even replaced some traps. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thanks to Manny and his crew Andrea and Jim. Everyone was great. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We've had an intermittent issue with our furnace for a few months now. The last HVAC company we called rushed through service and didn't really get to the bottom of the issue. Justin Anderson came out today and spent over and hour testing the issue, asking questions, troubleshooting, taking data, and whatever else needed to be done. He left us with a fully functional furnace as well as suggestions to keep everything running smoothly. I feel confident the job was completed properly this time!

We had an excellent experience with AAA. When we called to let them know we were having problems with the water pressure valve that they replaced in 2021, they came out the same day and replaced it at no charge. The plumber, Greg Thompson, was extremely friendly, competent, and professional; a real pleasure to do business with! He went above and beyond to tighten our kitchen faucet!!!! We will definitely call AAA with any future repairs!
