Shawn Woodward was incredibly kind and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. Shawn explained everything in detail and fixed our bathroom sink in a timely manner.

This was our first time working with AAA Service, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were fantastic. Our technician, Josiah, was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He did an amazing job on a repair and went above and beyond to fix a minor leak we had also while he was here (which wasn’t even the primary reason we called AAA). They were also very reasonably priced and didn’t nickel and dime us the way other plumbers have done in the past. We will be using AAA Service exclusively in the future.

Both Justin Anderson and Jay Parker did excellent work. Both were very professional and knowledgeable regarding the work completed. They both answered all questions and explained what they were doing while completing the work. Thank you!

John Johnson was amazing start to finish! He walked into a complex plumbing snafu, and was able to quickly and accurately triage the situation, make thoughtful expert recommendations for next steps, and ensure that all work needed was completed expeditiously by going above and beyond to coordinate services and timing. John’s explanation of the issues present, the cost and suggested order of operations was clear, concise and easy to understand.
Kim and Andrew were also amazing to work with. Between kids, the house and work, I don’t have any free time, so having the comprehensive and professional attention to my plumbing circumstance was infinitely helpful. I am thrilled to be taking a hot shower with a working faucet again!

It was pleasure working with our technician John Johnson and all of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric. During a trip out of country, our water heater of only six years decided to go on us. Having our water heater go out while being gone is one of my worst fears as a homeowner. Luckily, John was able to look at the issue within 24 hours. He provided plenty of pictures so I could see the issues myself, and we decided to replace before it got worse. After seeing the detail of the finished project it was worth every penny. It was even $1000 less than another quote we were given by a company that couldn't even be bothered to take pictures. Very happy with John's work and all the kind support staff over the phone!

I had a 22 point inspection done on my furnace. The gentleman who came out was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He even went as far as explaining how the air flow actually works and the importance of maintenance. Thanks for a comfortable and reasonably priced experience.
I will use them again in the spring for my outdoor air conditioning unit.

I am giving 5 stars specifically for John Johnson. I was getting new floors installed and two of my toilets needed work done suddenly. John came immediately and assessed the situation. He was so nice and prioritized completing my work in such a quick turnaround. Definitely one of the best plumbers that’s ever helped me. He is knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain why and what needs to be done.

I contacted this company because our furnace stopped working right before our coldest day of the year. They were so nice and got someone to come look at it right away. They were able to turn it back on, but we needed to get a new furnace. They worked so fast and with my schedule to get someone out to explain our options and scheduled an appointment for a installation. Bobby Folks came to do the installation and he was so nice and professional. Him and his team worked fast and answered all my questions. They also left my house even better than before they came. They cleaned everything up and explained everything to me before they left. Bobby and his team were so friendly and great to work with!
I also had a plumber come out to help me in my guest bathroom shower and sink. Greg Thompson came out to look at my bathroom, but before he came our sump pump gave out and our basement was flooding. Greg was so amazing and took the time to fix our bathroom, but also our sump pump. He also had to help Bobby with moving a gas line. Greg was only supposed to be at my house for one issue but ended up staying the whole day and fixing everything in my house. He was so nice and understanding. He took the time to make sure everything was right and working. Greg also noticed one of my vents was not in the floor right and took care of it without me asking. He really took care of me that day and I appreciate it so much! He made sure I understood all my options before completing the work.
I did a lot of research before picking this company, but I am so glad I went with them. Every person that has come into my house has been professional. Everyone I talk to on the phone has also been amazing and willing to work with me. I could not ask for a better company to work with! I will continue using their services!

I met with Jay with AAA. He called before our appointment to give a heads up. Jay was helpful and professional. He went over all of my options and estimates for the work I needed. I would highly recommend AAA for their Technician and knowledge in the field.

I called AAA for a spring tuneup of my AC and they promptly scheduled me for the next morning. Chuck was the technician that serviced our unit. He was very pleasant and polite and thoroughly explained any concerns that he had after he inspected and serviced our HVAC. AAA has been the only company that I have used while we have been living in this house for the past two years. I will continue to rely on them because they provide excellent and prompt service.
