AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric

AAA were wonderful and big help when our plumbing just stopped working all of a sudden. They were here and fixed the problem within 24 hours. Jose Gallardo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumbing fix!

There was a gas leak in my newly purchased home that I needed to get fixed. I called AAA and they were quick to help and sent a tech right away. Roman was great — extremely helpful and walked me through every step during the repair. His professionalism and expertise showed through his work product. I’ll definitely be using AAA for all of my plumbing and heating needs going forward!

They have been a good company in my previous experiences. Honest.

This experience was anything but... The techs name was Austin and upon arrival I let him know we are just after a simple service/cleaning of equipment.

After basically pulling my furnace filter out and running a test on my AC he proceeded to tell me for him to certify anything we were gonna need to spend $8,000 minimum. I let him know that I've had no issues with either and he wanted to argue with that, even though I live in the home.

We passed on that estimate and got a second opinion from Coyote HVAC. This tech was extremely honest and walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly how he knew my AC and furnace were operating within parameters. I ended up replacing the AC capacitor which tested slightly low for a total of $400.

Will never use AAA services again.

We had our main sewer line back up and decided to call AAA due to the good reviews and the price for the service. Technician Andrew Nunez came to our home sooner than expected (which was great) and was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Within an hour he had our line flowing again. He answered all of our questions and explained all of our options thoroughly. We would definitely call AAA again with any such issue and recommend to others.

This was the first time we have used AAA. A neighbor suggested we give them a call when we were experiencing a heating issue and we are now recommending them to one of our other neighbors. Making an appointment was easy: Ryan arrived as planned; he was respectful of our home; knowledgeable; professional; and personable. He made sure we understood what the issues were; how he recommended solving them; and the costs and urgency associated with each issue. He was able to fix the major issue that day - hurrah!

Thought plumber John Johnson did excellent job fixing my pipe leak which was in very hard pipe position. Went out of his way to do work in very professional and efficient way. Solder joints are some best I now have in my house. Call him again if I need any other plumbing work on my house

AAA Service is excellent at communicating which is important to me. The work is always done thoroughly and completely. I had plumbing work and Andrei did an excellent job and explained what and why, which is important to a layperson like me.

I got a quote from Nick Rippeth, an employee at AAA. Scheduling the quote was very easy, Nick was on time to give the quote, and he was very thorough in checking my electrical setup and in coming up with a project that would address my needs. Overall a great experience!

So my experience with AAA service did not go as well as I'd hoped it would. If you want to pay $800 (or $715 with a "15 % discount") because I was a monthly member to replace a kitchen faucet, have at it. I provided the new faucet. Took the guy about an hour. And still charged me $800 because "they are licensed and bonded" blah blah blah. Did manage to get $100 refund after talking to a manager about the audacity of charging someone $800 for an hours worth of work. He tried to justify it. With the "15 %" discount they offer to members they can put whatever number they want to on a job, and try to convince you your saving money because your a "member". What a joke. I would give 2 star but hey. I recieved some money back after being practically robbed. Find another company because these guys will give you whatever price they want. Licensed and bonded to rip people off!!!!

BTW. Check out their BBB page. Not sure how they have so many good reviews on Google. I usually rely on Google reviews but this company pulled one over on me. Their BBB reviews reflects the kind of buisness they are running, which is a SCAM!!! I'm not the first person or the last to be completely taken advantage of and ripped off. Especially on the faucet replacement. To many people have comments on their honest opinion of price gouging on their BBB which should do more harm. Do not rely on these Google reviews it's all hogwash!

This company was great! We worked with John Johnson for a horrible noise we thought was coming from our water pipes. He was very kind and cooperative. He changed out some parts that we thought was causing the noise. After he left, we heard the noise again. We called and he came back right away and ended up finding the true source. After, he inspected the rest of our home systems. Great and timely service, we will definitely use them again.
