AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric

We've used AAA plumbing multiple times and have always been happy with them. Gary T. Did a great job installing our new garbage disposal and plumbing for the new sink. He was on time and professional. He did a great job cleaning up and making sure I was happy prior to leaving.

Honestly, I didn’t realize businesses like this still exist! AAA service was incredibly responsive in repairing my blocked main sewer line, shortly after calling AAA they dispatch a technician. Jose Gallardo arrived and resolved the issue within an hour, very professional young man, who obviously knew his trade. If you’re looking for plumbing services, give these folks a try, I think you’ll be happy with the outcome.

I am only giving 4 starts because my 1st appointment, 2 weeks ago, was cancelled after waiting for 7 hrs. In regards to today’s service—It is a 5 stars. Technician Reid was professional, respectful and explained what he would be doing to provide the services requested. Additionally, he explained issues he found with the furnace and AC and provided suggestions/cost to fix issues/billing charges. I was very impressed with both technicians. Kudos to both of them. I will definitely refer AAA Service Plumbing, Heating and Electric Co to my friends and family.

Thank you AAA! Jacob was terrific. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a great person to work with on the installation of my Ring Security System. He kept me updated on his progress and made sure I was happy before he left. Definitely will use AAA again.

Austin did a bunch of work for us (fixing a mess some contractors made) and he was fantastic!!! He is very professional and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. Highly recommend AAA and particularly Austin! Thanks for a job well done!

They were able to schedule me for next day service. The technician, Austin, was on time, communicative, and gave me multiple pricing options ranging from bare minimum to fix the issue all the way up to a Cadillac approach to my HVAC system. I chose a mid tier option and my AC was fixed that day. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a leak when we got our new washer and dryer. We had a main valve blow up downstairs. Finally got everything fixed and our new appliances finally. Than this…. They were so kind and responded that very day! Roman was amazing trying to help us because my husband had cancer and we were just overwhelmed!! He was awesome and kind!! 5/5 rating for him!! Then Michael and Dillon put in the appliance! They worked hard and were amazing!! Both of those young men also get a 5/5 rating!!

We initially called AAA for their $79 drain clean. I can't remember the name of the guy who came to clean our line, but he was very personable and professional. He wore shoe covers in our house and put down a mat at the cleanout. He talked us through what he felt, but recommended that his teammate came with the camera to scope the line.
Jim Anderson came arrived on time to run a scope through our sewer line. Similarly, he wore shoe covers and protected our flooring while he worked. It was determined that we needed to replace the ceramic sewer line in our yard. Jim walked me through our options and described the work that would be done and how it may affect our property. He was thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. He helped us quickly schedule the replacement.
Less than a week later, the dig crew (Edwardo, Manuel, and Oscar) were at our house for the replacement. You guys - they were AWESOME!!! They were quick, clean, and concise. They did a really great job on the concrete pour back too! Our yard was a hot mess. Piles of dirt everywhere. We left to pick up our daughter and take her to an appointment and when we got home with her an hour or so later, they were finished, cleaned up, and you could barely tell that our yard was all tore up just hours earlier. I've included some pictures because it shows it so much better.
AAA Service is the real deal. I highly recommend their service if you are in need. High Five AAA!

Andrei M Is very thorough, friendly, looks at all possibilities and explains them in a clear and understandable way. He made a repair very quickly but also completely. I also asked him to do an estimate and he looked at several methods to complete the job, which I chose not to do. But he explained the process and each cost.

I hope the next time I need plumbing work I get Andrei.

So I booked this company the other day for their $79 main line clean out as we had sewage backing up into one of our showers. The technician/plumber, Ryan, was punctual, professional, and kind. He scoped the line and discovered that I was in desperate need of a new main line. I had the old clay pipes from back in the days before PVC. Horrible root growth and clumps of mud and parts of broken pipe were found. After Ryan consulted with another very kind professional technician/plumber, Ty, they gave me a quote. A quote that put me into panic mode...$21,000 for the job to replace the line. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to the lack of response from the company when I asked for a copy of the video they took or a report of their findings such as depth and distance of said pipe. I called twice in the same day and have yet to receive a response more than 48 hours later.
I would have given this company a 1 star rating but honestly both Ryan and Ty were very professional and honest. They were the only shining part of this interaction of the company. So Ryan and Ty get 5 stars but AAA gets 1 star so I think that's close enough to 2 stars after rounding down for disappointment in the quoted price of the job. I have already found another highly rated company that has quoted the same job for $10,000 less and provides the same lifetime warranty as AAA said they would provide. Still obtaining other quotes. Home owners should always do their due diligence as the market is saturated with all these HVAC/plumbing/electric companies and make them compete for your patronage.
