I had high expectations of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating, & Electric based off the large amount of positive reviews. What I now have realized I should have looked at the theme in the negative reviews. They are indicative of the exact treatment I received. My water heater's LED indicated that there was an issue with the blower pressure sensor. When the lady who took my call asked what the issue was I gave that information. The technition arrived, took a few photos, and then told me the blower had to be replaced which would cost $2500. I asked if the pressure sensor could be replaced and the answer was no. I was shell shocked at the price. Luckily I did some research while he was in his truck assembling a quote. First, the sensor can be replaced and the cost of an OEM is $40. Secondley, the cost of a new OEM blower is $250. He returned to the door with a quote of $2400 the included the blower at a cost of somewhere a little under $500. This would have been a huge finacial burden, but you have to have hot water. After he left I downloaded the service manual. It took me 5 mins to find the flow chart for trouble shooting the pressure sensor. Within 30 mins I had my water heater back up and running with $0 cost in parts.

Had a shower drain that was clogged, A friend recommended AAA plumbing. Jesse and Jose came out and took are of the problem. They were very helpful and so courteous. Left the bathroom very clean. i would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Our furnace stopped working on a single-digit day! We called AAA at 9am and they showed up by 11am. Izzy was great and walked me through what was wrong with the furnace, why it happened and offered suggestions to avoid future issues. This was actually the second time he had worked on our furnace, so having the consistency in his knowledge of previous repairs was very helpful. We will definitely use AAA, and Izzy, in the future!

Jesse was FANTASTIC!! He arrived early, explained the process and cleared my drain. He's efficient and very professional.

The plumber that came out was very professional and did explain everything in great detail (I wish him only good reviews), however the quoted cost from this company to replace this heater was 6 times the average cost for the area. I will be looking elsewhere.

John Johnson of AAA Service was able to quickly replace my broken sump before it flooded my basement, and he corrected improperly installed components of the sump system that caused had caused the failure.

Service with AAA has been amazing both times we’ve had to have them to our home. Justin Anderson performed our furnace check up and was very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

Corey at AAA was awesome. Very polite, professional and efficient. He cleaned out my sewer line to the street (which was completely blocked up). He explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. This company also charged a way better price compared to the other places I called. I plan to use them going forward for the annual root trimming. Hopefully that will avoid another big blockage from accumulating.

Had a double AAA service today, Jose ran our sewer line and called in a follow up video run of line to get an even better assesment of our line, he was very helpful. Justin also came by today to do a furnace check up, he was excellent in answering all of our questions, offering suggestions, and will be sending info on humidifier cost. Both technicians were great.
