Mike & Easton installed a rooftop evap cooler and it went extremely well. I had to make one change and one of their crew was out quickly to amend. I highly recommend their services.

Scheduled a maintenance visit for our furnace which went well, but then a day later our furnace stopped working. I immediately called Controlling Systems early in the morning around 6:30am in which I spoke with a very pleasant, and patient Customer Service Representative (I'll admit I was a slight grump as it was early and very cold) who took care and scheduled an urgent maintenance visit. The Technician Ryan Morris that assisted us both times, with the maintenance and with the urgent visit, was patient and understanding as well -- he walked through the pilot light and how to re-light it, and was very pleasant and professional. We will continue to use Controlling Systems and will absolutely recommend them for HVAC services to others.

PHENOMENAL!! This is the only word I can use to describe the AC install service I recieved from the team at Controlling Systems. As a new homeowner I have found it hard to find reputable companies that are looking out for the clients best interest. Starting from the first phone call to schedule the estimate the entire team left a lasting impression that I will tell everyone and anyone who is looking for HVAC services. Ryan True was wonderful, super knowledgeable and accommodating during my estimate appointment. The week of the appointment I received both an email and a text message reminder about the appointment date and time and all of the contact information I would need for my technicians Roman & Josh. The day of my appointment Roman reached out to let me know that they were on their way. They were super professional, on time (early), and made sure to answer any and all questions that I had throughout the day. They went above and beyond, actually fixing an issue that a previous company had left behind, which was so amazing. There are a few other issues that came up throughout the install and they took care of them all making sure that I would not have anymore problems. I can not say enough good things about these two guys. USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL OF YOUR HVAC NEEDS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

We met with Ryan True, who helped set our services up. Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Gave us a prompt fair quote and answered all of our questions. I received a text reminder this morning that DeRock was on his way. Crew was polite, professional and worked so quietly I wondered if they were still in or around our house. Fantastic job! We are one of the first clients to reap the benefits of their attic insulation service. We can already feel the difference! Cozy, quiet and cool. After this experience, my wife and I decided to go with Controlling Systems to install a new AC unit later this month.

I had a very positive experience with this company from start to finish. When I called, I spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly person each time. I received reliable communication regarding my appointment, payment and follow-up. The technician, Gus, was outstanding for my service appointment. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions thoroughly. He was extremely professional and friendly - overall a much more comfortable and positive experience than I’m used to with these types of appointments. Definitely recommend!

We were referred to Controlling Systems via another company. They contacted me almost immediately following the referral. Our tech, whom we have worked with before (via said referral company) was great, super knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands. We got our AC fixed in no time at all. I had 6 bids to install 2 replacements for our 47 year old furnaces. Ryan, their sales rep, was more knowledgeable than all the other sales people. He saved us from making a big mistake from installing a model that others recommended, but would have totally failed at our house because of our ductwork system -- no one else realized the disaster this would have been for us. Their prices were fair and their install team did a great job -- hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. No regrets. Highly recommend.

Controlling systems was super responsive and had someone out to our house the same day. We got a thorough explanation of the problem, a second person came out the same day to give us an estimate of some potential replacements, and our AC was fixed the very next day.
