The tech (Gustavo) arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Since we’re relatively new to ductless heating and A/C, we just wanted a tech to check the system to make sure it is clean and working properly. We really like the ductless heating and A/C and are very happy with the great service we receive from Controlling Systems.

Honest , reliable people. They educated me on my evap cooler and furnace. Down to earth folks , prices are reasonable and great customer service. Work was good . Definitely recommend them .

From the moment I called to set up my salres appointment I gave the Five Stars review for each step of the process of my experience wth Controlling Systems. At the sale call we defined the project and cost of replacing my Gas hot water heater and furnace. With in two days, I had a commitment on installation. The installation went as planned. Not only that I had a follow up call two days later they came out with in a hour to take care of it.

I recently had Controlling Systems install a Mitsubishi mini-split system. They were the lowest of three bids. A competitor of theirs that I have used for 25 years could not get close to Controlling Systems pricing. The install techs (Roman, Easton, Mike and Gemini) arrived each day as scheduled during the three day installation. They were detailed and meticulous in their work and ensured I was satisfied with the installation and operation of the system. I highly recommend Controlling Systems and will continue to use them in the future.

Everyone at this company is responsive! They listen to the issue and are really thorough to diagnose a cause. When the first associate didn’t find anything, he stayed as long as he could and when the issue repeated overnight, another technician was quickly assigned to come out while the issue was actively happening to fix it at no additional cost. So helpful, will use them for any heating or evap cooler need every time!

Fantastic company! Another company did a "quick inspection" and told us that our heater unit needed to be replaced as a whole, for over $5000! I decided to get a second opinion and had Controlling Systems come take a look and they found that it was a much smaller fix that was accomplished by some cleaning by them. Bailey also called me and went over everything, even telling me about a capacitor that was still working but was technically outside of the specifications needed. He said I could get by without changing it considering it was just outside of spec, but I had him replace it as well just to be one step ahead of the game.

I could not be happier to have them take care of my HVAC!

This company is excellent in every way. They have fair pricing, are professional, licensed and insured and follow up with every aspect of the job. We used them to install a new furnace and AC. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!
