Great Job! I have a hot water/boiler heat system that gave us a mind bending problem! Not always easy to fix residential repair people that know what they are doing Shout out to Gus and Arius for all that they did to problem solve and fix the issue. Professional, on time, great communication. I would recommend! I know I will call them In he future!

I appreciated the call from the service guy letting me know that traffic was heavy so he would be 20 minutes later than he thought he would be. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be that they wear those booties over their shoes if they are going to leave their shoes on. Thank you for the furnace repair. It's nice to have heat again.

One of the best experiences I have had with a B2C company of any category. We had a new central AC installed and they nailed the price point and employed extremely diligent follow-through to sort out the inevitable post-install kinks. They even fixed a broken register box in our bedroom that was outside the agreed scope of work (i.e. for free). Kevin in particular delivered superior service. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Controlling Systems installed a minisplit system for us and we are very happy with it. They were prompt with responding and scheduling time to give a quote and were able to quickly schedule time to install the system once we decided to move forward. The installation was quick and the team did a great job.

Excellent service! The work was scheduled and completed quickly. The technician (Brent) was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the condition of my furnace and the work he performed. Selling my house and the buyers requested a furnace inspection and certification. I had quotes from other HVAC companies for a "certification" for up to $400. Controlling Systems came out for a thorough inspection and provided me a certified inspection and detailed report, including a checklist. This is exactly what the new buyers were looking for in terms of assurance that the furnace is in good condition. Highly recommend them for getting a furnace inspection/certification for selling your home - or if you are purchasing one.

They installed our system over 10 years ago and have been servicing it since then. The one time we went with another company for yearly service , the blower failed the day after it was serviced. Might have been a coincidence, but they wanted $3000 for new blower. On a hunch, I had Controlling Systems double check, the blower was dead, but it had been recalled by manufacturer, $0 bill to me. All of the techs have been very professional. Hard to find a good honest service company, but they have been good to us.

While the tech who came to my house was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions, he didn't fix the leak coming from my AC. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me he didn't have time to fix it. That was extremely disappointing because that was the primary reason I called Controlling Systems. So instead of getting my AC leak fixed that day, I ended up having to call another company out, and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. In addition to that, Ryan (the sales guy) came to my house to see if I needed to replace my upstairs AC unit. He told me before he left that he'd get back to me the next day. It's been almost 1 full week and I haven't heard anything. I even sent a follow-up email to the main office and didn't get a response. I'm super disappointed with Controlling Systems and won't be recommending them or calling them back. They're unreliable.

Came out same day to fix our AC, which had been acting up. Did some maintenance that was clearly long overdue and showed my husband how to keep up with it. I imagine our electric bill will go down as well.

Follow-up 6/15 - Called Controlling Systems again when our AC just stopped working during the June heatwave. Aireus, our technician, was super kind and able to get us up and running same day, he also changed out our furnace filter while he was here. I was so happy, no AC with too small kids and everyone's bedroom on the second floor makes for a miserable experience I wish on no one.
