I had been referred to Signature Springs HVAC from a good friend who has had awesome service with company. So today, when my furnace went out, I called.

Mr. Frese came out on a Saturday, and didn't charge an arm or a leg. He was able to determine what was wrong and get my furnace back to working before the cold weather we are supposed to be getting tomorrow hit.

He was professional, arrived earlier than his estimated time of arrival, thorough.

I have an appointment with him to check out the a/c when it's time to get it ready for the summer heat.

I needed an urgent repair and they were able to fit me in quickly. The tech was friendly and professional and explained to me everything that was wrong and what he did to repair it.

All I can say was that Rodney was awesome! Our condenser was freezing and water was dripping from our lines in the basement. Rodney came in an figured out that our blower motor died within 10 minutes. Ordered a new one and installed it in no time at all. We have found our HVAC guy as long as he's in business! Best value in town. Had a in-home humidifier installed on our HVAC system. Came in HUNDREDS lower than the closest competitor. Highly recommend their services to anyone!
