We had our AC unit installed from Rodney in June. He was awesome. He constantly stayed in contact with us to let us know what was going on. We did have some issues with our house humidifier and he came by that day to take care of the issue. I will not go anywhere else for AC work and I highly recommend him.

I have used them many times, both personally and professionally. Rodney is always professional, on time, and does clean work. He tells you exactly what it will cost and how long it will take. No surprises . As the owner of a construction company I highly recommend these guys

A very professional job by Rodney and staff. Repaired the furnace, repaired the electric fireplace and cleaned it and installed new smoke detectors. Price was excellent as well, lower than I expected. Will be recommending Signature Springs HVAC Inc to anyone I know in need of this type of service.

Signature Springs HVAC brought a level of professionalism in their communication and expertise in their tradecraft that I have yet to experience by any other company in the Colorado Springs area. Their estimates and pricing beat (by a significant margin) 5 other companies in the region during my search for HVAC services. All digital and in-person communication was timely, responsive, cordial, and informative.

As a first time homeowner, they helped me understand exactly the type of work that they would be doing up front and walked me through the process to make sure I understood their work along with any associated highlights for future HVAC operation.

Rodney, Mike, and the greater Signature Springs team are just downright genuine people and were legitimately fun to work with. Wow! I'm blown away by the level of expertise, communication and process. I contacted Rodney because we received an estimate to replace our entire AC unit. After speaking with him he asked to take a look at the unit/furnace and determined that we didn't have to replace the unit right away. We were able to save THOUSANDS of dollars. He acknowledged that our unit was old and that eventually we'd need to replace it. What I appreciated about this is he provided us two options and discussed each decision the benefits/cost. His communication style and knowledge of HVAC systems was clearly demonstrated in my interactions with him. Lastly, I liked that he sent me a text for a reminder of our appointment and sent me a text an hour before saying he might be a couple minutes late. Affordable, dependable, knowledgeable! 5 stars!!

I called the office this morning at 9:50 a.m. as no one had shown up for my scheduled appointment between 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. And I need to get to work. When I gave the young lady my address to find out if I needed to reschedule, she stated she didn't have my address scheduled today. Of course I explained that they called me at the end of August and scheduled the appointment for today for the yearly HVAC service provided by my property manager. I was told they would have to get back with me once they figured things out, about 5 mins later Chandler the tech shows up and was very polite and friendly and apologized for being late. I called to let Stephanie know that the tech was at my house and that I didn't understand how the office didn't have me scheduled, yet the tech new where to go? She then yelled at me and hung up the phone! I will never use this company due to the fact that it's obviously a company policy to hang up on customers and provide any type of customer service.

The service was on time and professional and excellent in every way. Signature Springs HVAC did what they said they would do at the original price they quoted . I would also add their prices are by far the best in the area. I saved thousands by meeting them.

On March 13 we had a real blizzard here in Colorado Springs and that's when my furnace decided to quit. I called Rodney and he drove his Jeep through the middle of the storm for an hour to get here and fix it. He is polite, friendly, and obviously really knows his stuff. My furnace is working fine and I happily recommend Rodney to anyone who needs his services.
