Rodney and Josh went above and beyond installing our humidifier and new thermostat. Rodney was very responsive and answered every question I had. They were originally only scheduled to install the humidifier but once installed, we realized it wasn’t compatible with our current thermostat. Rodney recommended a compatible thermostat and was back the next business day to install.

Rodney and his crew where absolutely amazing and so fast with their services. We called because we had no heat, the lady that answered the phone said she will have someone here ASAP and they where here within 2 hours and for an amazing price!! As a fellow home owner, Military veteran, and HVAC professional, I can say with 100% certainty that I would never recommend this company. I hired them to do work for the pure intention of getting a permit pulled. I thought I could trust that the word of this owner would be enough to rest assure. I knew pulling the permit would cost me an extra 100$ and I paid it without issue. When I got my realtor to check on it when I'm in contract to sell my house guess what I discovered. No permit. No idea why not. I called the phone number for this company to ask what was up. I got a nasty response from the CO owner arguing every question I had as well as disrespectful tone, disregard, defensive attitude that I'd never expected from a customer service oriented company. From one home owner to another, mistakes happen, and they can be forgiven, but blatant lies, arguments and disrespect is another level completely. I'll be waiting to see if the owner is man enough to give my 100$ back for a service that was not provided.

Awesome HVAC company. Had new furnace and ac installed in a day. Saved thousands over any other company in town. Even cleaned up some previously shotty gas lines and vent ducting. Highly recommend.

We had an issue on a Sunday evening. Signature Springs was able to come and resolve the issue. They were on time and professional. We will be using them in the future.
