Had them out to quote for an electrical update (125 amps to 200 amps) and they charged a $79 "dispatch" fee that I was not told about. If you're going to have a fee, it should be upfront because I would have cancelled it. Seemed a little sketchy as well when they asked about the fee.

The guys were nice enough who came out but their quote was ungodly expensive. Over $9,000 when most other companies were quoting under $7,000 for the exact same work. Between the dispatch fee, the expensive quote, and the reviews I read - I don't trust this company enough to hire them.

Rescheduled the Friday afternoon four hour window for the same time frame on the following Monday. They were willing to accommodate me in my inability to get home before 2 but the guy was running too late for my early early bedtime. Good thing I had taken Monday off. Eric had some difficulty getting a hold of me as I use a land line and I was engaged in a noisy task in the garage where there is no phone but he did get here and got the job done. Everything went smoothly once he arrived.

I do not recommend this company.

Two weeks ago I called this company to schedule some electrical work in my home. They gave me a time window 1 week from the day I called. On that day they called to say that they would not be able to make the appointment due to an "emergency" that the tech was dealing with at another call. I asked to reschedule and they gave me another time and date the following week. I then had to remind the call center person that their policy was that if they did not make their appointment the initial service charge would be waived. She agreed to this request but it was obvious that she was not going to offer this to me unless I had mentioned it. She also stated that this would not happen again. Today (7/10/19) there were scheduled to be at my home for the 8-10am window. At 915am I received a call from their call center again stating that they would not be able to make their appointment and wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. At that point I knew that I was not wanting to deal with this company, they are unreliable and have no respect for their customers. Steer clear of them.

Our home was having a few strange electrical issues so we called The WireNut. Jesse showed up and handled the diagnosis and repair. The level of customer service was too notch, end to end. Everything from the text alerts, scheduling communication, staff profiles online, to the actual in-home service and digital payment process. Jesse communicated each step of the repair, was up front about pricing, and made quick work of everything. Really incredible. Proceed with confidence if you need residential service!

He was friendly and made sure to tell us exactly what he was doing and showed us pictures of what needed to be fixed. He didn't waste any time doing his job and got us in for the repair the same day, incl. having to go get the items! Great service - he is a great asset to your company!

It was a rough start at first being there was some miscommunication with times scheduled, but after I gave them a thorough explanation of the situation they were able to accommodate my needs. Jesse Sierra was my technician very professional and up front. I would recommend this company and would definitely recommend Jesse as a technician.

Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I paid for an $8,000 job in full before they even started the job. The job was started by one electrician who was removed from the job midway, resulting in copious amounts of drywall damage that they refused to cover. Now they can’t pass inspection. In addition, they have blocked all contact with me so I can’t address the fact that I paid $8,000 for a job that’s not complete. I am now stuck paying another electrician $1500 just to bring it up to code. I genuinely feel like they took my money and ran.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and got the job done to perfection! He answered all our electrical questions as well. You can tell he cares about his clients. In addition to having a wonderful electrician, Wirenut makes a point to contact you about your appointment via email, text and a phone call. Highly recommend this company.
