Technician installed smart thermostat- seemed to be in a rush to leave. The price $169.00 to install thermostat and service air conditioner seemed expensive for 15 min to install 15 min to service

Jonathan arrived early, was polite and professional, and had the job done in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend Signature.

Very professional and showed me the problems, corrected them, cleaned and serviced my furnace. Also checked humidifier and found the defect.

My heater quit working Jan. 12.
A service tech came to my house to
Look at the heater on Jan. 13.
A new heater was installed on Jan. 16.
I am very impressed with how fast.they installed the new heater.
Also since they knew I had new heat in the house they lent me 3 space heaters.

Had furnace go down on one of the coldest days, called at 0730 left a message. The called back at opening about 0800, service appointment was scheduled for 0930-1030.
Rep was there by 1000, furnace diagnosed, blower motor replaced and furnace back up by 1130. Outstanding response and service.

Got out the same day, on time and did everything they could to get the heat on. When an older part was needed they located it and brought in space heaters until the repair could be completed the next day. Really excellent company, highly recommended

Great service and was on time ready to go. John did an amazing job installing return airflow, and got it hooked up to the furnace less than an hour. He check everything to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend his company for all future stuff for furnaces and ac repairs or replacement. These guys are great. They know what they are doing, are prompt to despond when contacted and are reasonably priced. They are my go- to for any heating or AC problem.
