Signature was both timely and responsive when I needed them for a system repair over the winter. After obtaining a number of estimates from other companies, I decided to use Signature again when it came time for a full furnace replacement. They were kind enough to drop off space heaters for the short window of time between then and my service. The team was always extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. I will continue to use them, and would highly recommend this company.

Replaced 20+ year old AC unit. Got several quotes and Signature was the best price. John answered all questions to my satisfaction and gave me confidence to accept their bid. On install day they sent 5 guys and got the job done in just a few hours - much faster than I expected. They also gave me tips for operation and maintenance. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Signature is my go to for heating and AC. When it was time to replace out AC, their price was competitive, they showed up on time and had the old unit removed and the new unit hooked up quickly. For Maintenance they are easy to schedule, always courteous and on time. Do yourself a favor, let them take care of you.Devin, has been our guy the last couple of years.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the owner for taking the time to respond to my question concerning my humidifier installation. He took the time of his busy day and during his personal time off to assist with peer review of my work. It was in reference to the circuit relay for the thermostat to call for humidity and I was up and running in no time. These guys are highly recommended in my neighborhood and I can see why. I normally perform HVAC maintenance on my own. Should it go beyond my abilities, I'm definitely calling John again! I highly recommend them as well!

Jonathon was very knowledgeable and professional when working on our furnace today to diagnose the problem we were having. He showed us where the problem was and explained the contributing factors that caused our furnace to shut down. We went ahead and had our furnace and air conditioner replaced the following week. Signature were very professional. They installed a Bosch system to boost the airflow to bedrooms where the vents are smaller. John, Ryan and their team did a fantastic job, they were efficient and responsive. We are very happy with our new system and I would absolutely receive Signature to anyone in the future.

Great company. I've used them many times on my rentals. My only complaint is that they don't call to explain their findings and expected costs. Work was finished before I could evaluate doing a repair or purchasing a new system. This minor change would up your customer experience and potentially increase your billable amount.

4. We thought we might have to replace the whole system but they found it was a bad motor and all that was needed was a repair.

My AC was not working. I called my HVAC person, but he couldn't come right away. My wife suggested I call Signature Heating & Air at 10PM Sunday night. Steve responded and said he would be there the next day. They came and fixed the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend using them. It is a family run business. Great Customer Service. Upgraded/replaced 20+ year old AC equipment with 2 air handlers and 2 compressors. Steve Major (father) provided the bid and was also there for install work and to ensure job requirements were understood by crew. Steve is very informative and down to earth. Install crew led by John Major (son) completed work within scheduled time frame. Install team of Ryan, Marty, John (son), Nick, Isaiah and Erik work well together. Encountered a couple of unplanned/unforeseen issues that couldn't be known prior to install/replacement. Handled issues seamlessly and had proposed alternative solutions to offer already at the time they made me aware of issues. No financial surprises and all work was done as they specified in bid.
