The part I needed was on a long waiting list so we decided to purchase a new furnace. John didn’t have one in stock so he immediately recommended someone who did. We were desperate - no heat on 0 degree weather. He took care of us!

Jon was very helpful. He explained what happened and how. He also taught me how to fix this issue on my own in the future if desired.

These guys are awesome. They can to my house on time and fixed it quickly. It was cold so I was worried about being gouged. Their prices were fair. They didn’t try and upsell me on anything but gave me practical expectations about the life of the equipment in my home. I’m a customer for life.

Steve went above and beyond to make sure our system was everything we wanted. Now that we’ve worked with him, we will always call Steve for any HVAC service we need and will recommend Signature Heating and Air to everyone we know. If you need service or a new system Signature Heating and Air is definitely the way to go.

I had both my furnace and A/C units cleaned, serviced, and evaluated. Steve was very personable and professional, and he took the time to explain all of what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend using Signature and I will use them again in the future. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

We had a problem with our heat that was pretty difficult to diagnose. Before calling this company we had a technician from another company come out three times with no luck. Erik and Quentin came out and inspected the furnace more thoroughly and made necessary repairs. They did have to come back, But communicated with each other and kept investigating until do unique problem was discovered. Loved working with these guys, and couldn’t recommend enough
