I’ve used Signature Heating and Air for more than 20 years now. I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else. When Steve Major says his customer’s are more like friends, he means it. I cannot give enough praise to them. They have been there for us every single time we’ve had major issues needing to be dealt with - from an A/C unit dying at the hottest time of year to providing new HVAC equipment after a major fire. If you’re not using Signature Heating and Air, you’re not getting the premier service you deserve at a very fair price. Steve, his son, and every employee he has are professionals and are committed to providing the best service you’ve ever had!

My furnace stopped working on a morning that was 6 degrees. They had someone at my house within 2 hours of my call. Johnny was great, professional, informative. The repair was reasonable. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The crew was professional!! We had to upgrade our old heater /AC unit once done went through the step of maintenance needed to keep our unit running best.

Quentin found a clogged sediment trap and cleaned it thoroughly. He did not try to sell me a new one, he fixed the existing unit. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Amazing, efficient and fair price. Our furnace was not working, called at 11:30am and got an appointment the same day scheduled for 3-4pm. The technician's schedule opened up earlier and he was at our house at 12:15pm. Ran his diagnostics and needed to run to the store to get the part required to fix the issue. Completed the work at 1:30pm. Thank you Signature Heating & Air you saved the day and we will use them again.

Wow they were awesome called on a Saturday and the got a service person out that day. Nick was awesome he explained what need to be check and put a new part in. Heater works

Steve and John were very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and provided good information. They also gave me the best price that included rebates and tax refund.

I used Signature Heating to install a new Air Conditioning unit after receiving multiple bids. Their work was outstanding. While I'm not using the AC yet because this is January, they were very clear when they were going to come, showed up right on time (actually a little early) and went right to work. They removed the old and installed the new within 4 hours. This included both the outside unit and a new coil on the furnace. During the installation they ran into a couple unexpected issues but there was never any discussion about extra charges to address those. For example, the coil required my humidifier connection to be relocated. They saw the issue and just took care of it. I was very pleased with their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail. They will return in advance of the summer when the temperature warms up to recheck everything. I was totally pleased with the work of Signature Heating.
