Thank you so much Signature for a phenomenal experience! After a slew of AC thefts in the neighborhood, we feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to Signature Heating & Air, Inc. by our neighbor who has used Signature for years, and could not say enough positive things about them! After speaking to numerous AC companies, we quickly realized how different Signature is (in the best way!). From the first phone call, owners John & Steve, and their team of AC techs were by far the most honest and responsive company we spoke with.

My family has several properties and Signature will absolutely be our go-to for any and all heating & air needs in the future.

The team at Signature Heating and Air was phenomenal to work with. I wish all contractors conducted business like Signature Heating & Air. They were professional and prompt in giving me a detailed quote and John answered all my questions (and I had A LOT of them) always returning my call when he said he would. The unit John recommended fits great in the space and is quiet as he recommended due to proximity to my back patio. The installation was exactly as they described in my initial quote and any small variances were thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend them. I’ve received quotes from several contractors since I’ve bought my house and did a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel last year, and in my experience this team is the gold standard.

Excellent, and friendly customer service from the moment I called. On the day of our appointment, our technician, Quinton, was on time and very pleasant. He was extremely thorough with his investigation inside and outside the house. Trouble shooting and the repairing of our air conditioning unit. Exceptional communication on what had occurred. Fixed a fried wire right away for us. Had the job done and the A.C. back on in under an hour! We will definitely use this company for all our future needs!

It’s always hard to know who to trust for honest home services. I have found Signature Heating and Air to be very responsive, pleasant to deal with, and honest. They do a great job for a reasonable price, and don’t try to sell you on things that you don’t need. Quentin even gave me ideas on how to optimize my AC for the summer heat. I’ll be using them again!

Don’t go anywhere else!!! Signature Heating and Cooling fixed our A/C after many many and many years of band-aids that another company said they fixed. Everyone that I spoke to was helpful, didn’t rush the conversation and provided quality service. The day of our appointment, they arrived early, fixed our A/C and even showed me how to take care of the unit and furnace. I can’t explain what a wonderful experience this was after years of horrible service from UHC. There are many companies who are greedy and forget what customer service is. I will not go anywhere else and I will refer all my friends and family to Signature Heating and Cooling!!!

Minor issue that was resolved in 5 mins. Jonathan was extremely helpful, pleasant, honest and quick to help diagnose the issue. Due to the nature of the issue and the quick time to resolve, he did not charge me for the visit. Highly recommend Signature Heating and Air!

All the workers were very prompt, courteous and professional. They did a very quick and efficient installation of my new heating and AC system. After installation, they cleaned and vacuumed everything. They gave us a great overview on the new system and how to use it. Overall, they were fantastic. You just can't go wrong hiring Signature HVAC.

Steve is awesome. We had our air conditioner installed a couple of years ago by Signatue and the it kept shutting off for no reason. I called Steve at Signature at around 4:30, he was at my house by 5:15 and diagnosed the problem in less than a half hour. The thermostat was the problem not the air conditioner.
Steve really takes care of his customers. After installing our air conditioner, our heater fan stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Once again, I called Steve, he was at the house within a couple of hours. We had a new heater installed within two days. His team not only warmed the house but discovered large cracks inside our heater and CO was leaking out.
Members of our family had been getting unexplained headaches which resolved with the installation of the new heater.

The crew at Signature are professional and operate with integrity.

Steve came out to troubleshoot my air conditioner(17 years old). Instead of trying to sell me a new unit he got it running again.

In the end, we have replaced the unit, at about half the quoted price of a larger company in the Parker area.
