Got help from Erik yesterday to set up my new humidifier. I really liked that they give only a one hour window and arrived on time! Erik was quick and professional and resolved my wiring issue for the humidifier within half an hour. Everything so far so good and I really appreciate their help!

Called them around 830 am on Dec 23 for an issue with furnace not working right. Got a return call within the hour and service by 130. I think his name is Steve responded and fixed the issue with the furnace quickly and professionally. Will definitely call again if needed.

We have been using Signature Heating and Air for the last 20 years in all three homes we’ve had. They’ve been consistently the best quality, price and service. Extremely professional staff and tech. The tech, Erik, arrived an hour after I first called! Fast service, some good tips about maintenance as well.

Five star service. Steve was punctual, identified the problem quickly (a cut wire), investigated and found the “missing” wire by the air conditioning unit, explained to me why it was due to “human intervention”, and got the unit running again.

Highly recommend these guys. They were a life saver. Came out before the -0 temps and made sure my furnace was in good shape and working properly. Very professional and didn't try to up sell me. Quentin did a great job.
