Signature Heating and Air recently replaced our residential system and I highly recommend them. We had a single stage heat, 10 seer system that was 22 years old and struggling. We upgraded to a dual stage heat, 16 seer system. Steve beat the three other quotes we got by about 30%, two of which were from vendor recommendations on the Trane site. On top of that, he got parts and did the install very quickly. The installers were fantastic as well, both for the core install as well as the smaller stuff like rolling out protective mats for flooring before removing the old furnace/coil.

Jonathan Rivas did an excellent job fixing our furnace and very professional. I highly recommend his company to everyone. I trust their work and unlike other companies that only thinks of getting big profits from consumers, Signature Heating and Cooling will try to fix it first instead of selling you expensive furnace without trying to fix it first. Guys give them a call! You will not regret it : )

We have used Signature twice in the last 8 months, 1st time very affordable and efficient AC repair. Latest was a furnace shutdown on the coldest February 23 on record. Left message at 9:00 pm 2/22, they were at the house by 11:30 following morning. Expected the worst, got another affordable fix. Great communication, friendly, prompt, highly recommend!

John and his team prepared a very competitive bid that was several thousand below my lowest bid. He is very honest, fair and does not sell you anything you don’t need.
On the day of install, John and his team arrived early. They laid runners through the house to protect my floors. His team was prepared and worked very well together. Once the job was complete Ryan gave a full tour of the new equipment and ensured all of our questions were answered. They left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend Signature Heating and Air !!

Great service!!! Our igniter broke while we were away. I called the day before we flew back to Denver and they were able to schedule for the day we arrived home. Jonathan was actually early!! Very professional and personable! He was able to replace the part in an hour and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Been using Signature for over 20 years and they are a great company for Heating & AC systems. They sell reliable systems at a fair price and their support post install should the rare occasion of a trouble present itself, is fantastic. They are responsive, resourceful, knowledgeable, and give me tremendous confidence we’re in good hands. Steve Major & his son runs a great business and do an awesome job making sure our family home is comfortable.

I’ve used Signature before. I have complete trust in them. I know my furnace is on its’ last legs along with my AC unit. When my furnace kept banging I called. They came and looked at it. It’s the metal from getting a little too hot. No codes showing in the furnace itself. Its so nice to have a family owned business that I can trust. Signature really is the best.

During a recent spell of negative degree temperature, my heating unit went out, and I was without heat for almost 2 days. Called around to numerous companies and no one could even fit me in for another 2 to 3 days. When I reached out to signature they were able to have a technician out within two hours, and were very professional and very knowledgeable. They had my heat back up and running within an hour. They were able to diagnose it down to a faulty gas valve and ensure the job is done properly tested in sure there were no gas leaks, and did a complete overview of my system to ensure there were no other issues , they stepped up in a time of need and I couldn’t be more thankful I would highly recommend this company to anybody!

These guys are AMAZING! These guys don’t only do the job right and on time, they also take care of you. They do the little things that matter to make sure you are in a better place. They are also very reasonably priced and do not cut any corners. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

They did a very good job! I woke up to a 50 degree house when it was 10 degrees outside. As soon as they opened I gave them a call. They were at my house within an hour to diagnose. After the quick diagnosis, a part was ordered, and one and a half hours later they were at my house installing.
The entire repair project took about 3 hours from my first phone call to being completely repaired. I am very satisfied.
