Joes HV & AC Express Repair

We had a 10 AM to noon window set, I called around 9:45 AM because I had not heard from anyone yet, I was told that I would get a call shortly. 11AM rolls around and still no on had called me, I called again I was told the same thing. Noon rolled around, I called them again, this time I was told a "Manager" would call me back soon. I called them roughly 15 times during the day and NEVER got a call back. Joe's needs empower its line level employees to give customers real answers not just the run around to get them off the phone. As I sit in my house on this 97 degree day, Im not even sure Joe's AC Express Repair is a real business, USE WITH CAUTION at best. I wish I had a positive story to tell like ones above and below my review but I still havent gotten call back from a "Manager"

I had an emergency situation with no air conditioner for 12 hours and a sick little one. They were so nice and helpful and out within 15 minutes on a weekend. I cannot thank them enough for being so quick and helpful. I highly recommend.

I called Joe's because they're a few blocks from my office. They charged $300 to refer my $120 furnace repair to someone else. Total cost was $420, and most of it went to Joe's to just hire a different company. Total ripoff.

The entire operation was professional and easy. We signed up for their 2 visit maintenance program. Alex showed up on time and with over 35 years experience, he knew everything and was still happy to be there. Highly recommend company.

Was searching for a local company to install AC in Boulder. Read through these reviews, and realized they are all fake reviews. Mostly 5 stars from fake names and headshots who have only given 1 or 2 reviews. These guys likely hired a scam company to fluff their reviews.

Our technician Jose came right on time for the scheduled service. He addressed all the questions we had and we are impressed with the service offered. The price was fair and exactly as quoted.Highly recommended.

We had a 9:00-12:00 window for an appointment yesterday. The AC technician did not show up and failed to call us with an updated apt time. We called 16+ times throughout the day and kept getting the run around that a "manager would respond". Still waiting to hear from that manager (24+ hours later)...

This company is outstanding. They leave no detail unchecked and they take great care to not cause a mess or damage, even to the point of putting on shoe covers before they enter your house. Highly recommended.
