not legit. Do not give credit card over phone to call center reps for annual subscription.. They will schedule appt but no tech will show up. stay away

Friendly but technician never showed up at the expected time (which I'd come home for), then never called back after I phoned to follow up (and was told I'd get a call back soon). Hopefully just a one-off fail.
